Its not happy but it would be very unrealistic to have a different outcome Especially early in pregnancy. I give prop to the author for actualky doing some research I read a story with a a character having triplets with not one mention of how insane it was to have natural triplets ans no mention of being in the hopital for month Super unrealistic. I had twins via IVF and i was on bedrest starting 30 weeks For triplets it would be bedrest at 24 weeks and hospital from 28 on
