Having a character named after a country that is killing children may not be the best idea. Karl and his team saved hundreds of children earlier in the story. Please consider changing the character’s name to something more fitting

Though the story had potential, the male lead is disgusting. He commits the horrendous act of raping the female lead. He isn’t a hero and no matter how broken you are this is a vicious act that can’t be forgiven. A women would never forgive her rapist. Having a rapist as your male lead will make people think that raping women is okay, when in reality rapists should get the death penalty. He can’t be redeemed. I would not recommend anyone read a book that glorifies rapists
