Get this perk too along with Strategist or whatever it was called.
| Iron Will | Requirements Level 66: Your willpower is now so strong you can resist mind-altering and controlling abilities with ease along with other things that will put your willpower to the test. You can also use your willpower now to shield others from said effects and disable them if they're being influenced. Lastly, you'll be able to feel if someone is under the control of someone else.

Use this with a Mini-Nuke tossed by hand like a Football Super Mutant. After all, a thrown Mini-Nuke is technically a throwing weapon.
| Throwing Weapon Master | Requirements Level 52, Melee Weapons 100: You've mastered throwing weapons and have learned how to perform all sorts of feats with them. +50% damage to all thrown weapons, +100% to throwing range and you will now have a much easier time getting whatever weapon you've thrown to land or strike exactly where you want it to.

The trips back and forth weren't too bad and were pretty profitable overall in terms of exp at least. As for what we met on our three trips back and forth from the vault we encountered 5 Albino Radscorpions, 4 Centaurs, 3 Deathclaws, 21 Giant Soldier Ants, 142 Giant Worker Ants, 21 Molerats, 7 Radroaches, 11 Radscorpions, and 17 Super Mutants.

Sure, you could. However this kid is not a skilled thief. He barely has started doing crime. Clearly, he is just pickpocketing random people who look like they have lots of cash then justifying it in a rather disgusting show of immorality.
'So... who's next?' he thought to himself as his eyes darted in all directions. Pickpocketing is a difficult job. He can't just start robbing random people and lot of time and patience are needed for all the other conditions to meet. Though his one redundant quality is that, he only robs rich @ssholes.
