no it works like this it doubles the users current strength with each boost so say he has 1 mp right that would go to 2 but it would double with the next boost because at the moment of his next boost his current strength would be the 2 he got boosted to by the previous boost because it's already in effect so if he had 1 mp and boosted to his max he would end up with 2,048mp does that make sense?

yes and I think he should catch mewtwo and the other legendaries that he encountered in his adventures that actually liked him like latias also I think you should somehow save latios and catch him too because it was sad that they killed latios off in the movie

I agree with the lusamine comment about her being a pairing she doesn't really get any love that often and the show did her dirty at first she deserves love from someone like ash who will cherish her and its the same with Cynthia but minus the show doing her dirty part

um if he's in the pokemon world he should be able to use every attack that they learned since they could do that in the anime too they were only limited to four moves in the games not the show and its sad when I see a story about being in the pokemon world and then the pokemon only have 4 moves because in the actual world they wouldn't be limited by game standards
