Jack heard heavy footsteps and immediately looked back at the Skeleton Captain. It was charging at him! He could not afford to spare any thought for Bill: it looked like it was already too late for him anyway. Without its saber, the Skeleton Captain swung its long arm towards Jack like a mace. Jack jumped and rolled to the side as the massive hand hit the ground. Crack lines radiated outwards as the pavement buckled under the powerful blow.

How did he level up with the added 10 exp when each class needs 100 to level up? Unless 4 plus 7.5 exp equals 100 it doesn't make sense to me.
It took longer, but eventually the Skeleton fell. Jack received 10 experience points: five times higher than the experience he got from hunting zombies, but probably this was because the Skeleton was a level higher. With these experience points, Jack finally reached the next level.
