To be honest I'd rather he doesn't bring anyone along with him, in most of the multiverse travel novels and fanfiction I've read the mc bringing along another person nearly always ruins the story. Also personally, I'm bored (sick) of harem and romance so I want to see an actual loner protagonist for once
