This story is as silly as Looney Tunes, but without the charisma of Daffy Duck or Bugs Bunny. Author, you really should've set this an alternate Earth or something because the way you write the characters and "Los Angeles" makes it painfully obvious that you aren't from the US... Like, it's so obvious and just plain ridiculous that it's immersion breaking... Or at least I hope you aren't from America because if you are then you really need to go outside and touch some grass instead of observing the world through the news and Reddit.
What do they have anything to do with what I said?
Holy effin h*ll, rarely do I see novels that tank this hard this fast. The MC is a guy with room temperature IQ and that gets worse after taking Issie's place in the DxD world... Like, guys, just read to chapter 4 or 5 and you'll see. It's really bad.
Yeah, I guess the whole multiverse stuff didn't make that clear enough...
Okay... Author... how much time has passed since he arrived in DxD to the date with Raynare? What did he do in that time, twiddle his thumbs? Why didn't he experiment with his system? Why didn't he experiment with his sacred gear? Why didn't he do literally anything that a normal person with a functioning brain would do in this situation? Ffs, did you think any of this through at all? You've made a completely braindead MC without even knowing it...
Man, this chapter did not instill any confidence in me of the MC's IQ.
I want to like this, but everything related to romance is pure garbage in this novel. I can't even count how many times I've cringed or rolled my eyes at the the stupidity going on in this. The author is trying to set up a harem but doesn't seem to realize that everything feels contrived and asinine for anyone with a brain.
Yeah, so this is just an AU Force then...
Uh... pretty sure Lucas said the exact opposite... that they are NOT like yin and yang.
Man... his back must be flab.
