It's more like he have the knowledge to execute the basics, it grows stronger as it progressed.
"Keep dodging, then after it finishes its attack, sidestep then Fake Out, followed by Tackle" Tyrouge kept dodging, but he still receives a few scratches, though it seems that because of the 'Freedom' Tyrouge dodged into some difficult angles while maintaining his balance.

Noctus is your typical college student, as he faced his early death, because of some unknown contract. Let's follow him as he journeys through the Pokemon World.
