Biased review of course, I know that I have much to work on, however I feel that I have put a lot of effort into building out this world and fleshing out the characters. My goal is to have the reader on the edge of their seat after each and every chapter, and I hope you guys can give me the feedback necessary to do that.

The figure was wearing a mask, its eyes so deep that it felt one was looking into the depths of a pitch black well. Tears ran down from the corner of the mask before stretching and configuring itself into a twisted grin. He couldn't see his gaze, but everything within Oscar felt it.
