They're not, although both are mature for their age, that's just because they have knowledge of their past lives. But that's about it, Shin is different from William as the former acts with 21st-century logic hence he doesn't really act as someone born in a medieval era. William on the other hand acts like someone who was born in the medieval era while using his modern knowledge and ideas to improve some things. Notice how he acts around his surroundings? Also, I think almost all isekai protagonists who either reincarnated or transmigrated act somewhat the same as 'Shin' or 'William' for that matter. It's just due to their knowledge of their previous lives which is why they act mature. There's also their curiosity about their new world. What do you expect from someone with memories of their previous life as an adult, act like a child?😆😆 And besides, it's just their initial personalities. There's still much time to develop new ones. Or are you saying that just because some isekai protagonist acts mature, they're the same as Shin🤣🤣

No it's not like that, he will only take some ideas from cultivation not fully integrate the whole power system. It's more like he took the whole circulating energy part and wanted to use that concept and achieve the same effect as demonization since the process is quite similar. In demonization, the mana is chaotic as the animal or human lost control but if William could harness that through circulation then wouldn't it achieve the same effect?
