Sister Lily is from Black Clover, so I thought that since the author had incorporated her and the orphanage that she works in to also have quirks that reflect the Black Clover series. The person who held some interest in was Yuno.

I know, but most people are around 140-160 cm right? I'm 6'2 and I was not 170cm at 13. Btw 6'2 is 190cm to 189cm or something like that to give you something to compare.

I swear I've heard Sister Lily before. Strangely enough though, I can only hear the name screamed in my head...

Everything feels rushed and it seems like the author wants the main character to do too many things which may or may not conflict with his already established character. This makes the dialogue seem jumbled and random. The MC says that he wants what's best for Neo, but constantly does stuff that would hurt her, for example, flirt with other girls in her face. It feels weird and uncomfortable to watch as seems unnatural and somewhat annoying as well as confusing.
