Fyodor Dostoyvesky is a Russian author who wrote several amazing books about human failings, virtues and what makes us good or brings the worst out of us. Powerful stuff. 19th Century author. ‘Crime and punishment’, for example, is a masterpiece, and he has sevaral novels of (at least) the same caliber.
