He better have a Base in the Astroid Belt or something, Like get he was once human and wants to mingle with humans. But staying on the surface of the Earth Would massively hold back an Al of that Scale. You could create a crazy base in the Astroid Belt with all the minerals and just play around on earth

Also outside of initial funds how much would a Ai need lol. Look at Ultron, didn't need money as a Ai can just self manufacture everything needed outside of the initial breakout which might need money if one wanted to not be traced
