By definition and the rules of the GOT world, dragons aren’t able to bond with non Targaryens. It’s as simple as that, no ifs or buts. Assuming the system is what lets him do this, fine. But it will be impossible for his descendants, unless he has his children with Daenerys or his children all get a system of their own. It’s not just taming, the dragons of the planetos, are linked by blood, fire, and magic, to the Targaryen’s. And just because he hatched them doesn’t mean his descendants can ride dragons, the system is the only letting him even do it.
