No, too good to be true. More like: “I just had a horrible realization; I have come to the conclusion that I actually like you. Now get in the basement.”
What is this, $exu@lly @ssault Haruka day? Poor girl needs these guys to back the fluff off.
Or teenage pregnancy. Or adoption? Huh, I never thought of that, but maybe that’s why they’re so distant.
Ah yes, laying on the moldy bed
Suspicious, suspicious...
... Is that supposed to be comforting to poor Haru?
This right here is why I love Haru: Best. Internal. Monologue.
Oh my god, are you kidding me? You literally just said it yourself, “This scenario is like an event.” Whyyy would say that. You just pushed yourself along by fding that, what is wrong with you Haru?!
I will tentatively say that I feel... Like Ryuu will accept if you say you just want to remain friends. Maybe ‘teach’ him that love has to go both ways, and that Haru only feels the platonic kind, not the romantic. Then explain that there is no way to force that to change, and unless Haru NATURALLY changes her mind (is not ‘forced’ to change it in some way), friendship is as good as it will be.
There is something so incredibly depressing about that last statement. “I can take care of myself. I have in the past.” With the way it was delivered, it just feels so resigned and monotone. (Three cheers for sucky home lives *cough* sarcasm *cough*.)
