Finally the MC became a genuine character of GoT. If you do not r*p*, drink, plunder, kill, s*x, betray etc you can't be a character from GoT. It's part of the world and it has become a sort of unspoken conduct.

You want him to change to a ok character and at the same time keep his dark side. It's hard to let go of the past and he has changed so much due to his new life with everyone. But it feels as if you are forcing him to keep his evil part. It's good for character development, but later you will find it hard to mold the character to your expectations.

He gets reputation points. It is not shown in his attributes. What's the use of reputation in the system? Like discount, purchase limit etc?

I don't think his life span is affected. What Luffy had was the devil fruit. But our MC has the same power but as a quirk. Their body is adjusted to the quirk as it manifest. Also you can train your quirk like a muscle. Izuku has side effects of the quirk because it was given to him. So technically the MC should not be affected.
