He is born in the Naruto World, which mean he has access to Chakra and Natural Energy. Even if he is not talented in chakra, with the physical potential of Zoro, he should be able to master the Eight Gates. As for Chakra, using it against Ōtsutsuki Clan is practically a death wish. They are the creator of it. With the power of chakra he might be able to defeat them or even kill a few, but to outright wipeout the Ōtsutsuki Clan with "Chakra technique" is impossible.

Also, Here are some ninja Tools with a lot of potential that I think the mc could use to develop his Shinobi Village: " Flying Destruction Machine and the Land of the Sky's flying headquarters (Land of the Sky), Chakra Armour (Land of Snow), Lightning Release Suit, Bell (charm) from ( Land of Demons), Curry of Life, Cursed Seal Device, Infinite Armour." Let's not forget the Chakra Cannon (Kumogakure). If I remember correctly Hidden Cloud Shinobi Village does have a Chakra Cannon that they were going to use during the Fourth Shinobi World War. Even though it needs an astronomical amount of chakra to be used that thing is still very dangerous and has a terrifying destructive power. After all, it has the ability to destroy the moon, if not more. With the the Land of the Sky's flying headquarters plus the energy supply of Zero Tail, add on to that the Chakra Cannon. This is practically a Flying Fortress with mass destruction capability.

( like Avalo Pizarro, Catarina Devon, San Juan Wolf and Shiryu). 2- Recruit Douglas Bullet. With those 5 people, The Beast Pirate 3 Calamities could become 8. 3- Recruit the Vinsmoke Family and help them to conquer North Blue. 4- Strengthen the Alliances with Big Mom by having a couple of children with her and share the cultivation technique so that she could regain some of her youth. 5- Recruit Caesar Clown, give him recourses and put pressure on him on his research experiment to mass produce giants. If need be you could even have Vinsmoke Judge give him a helping hand. 6- Try and see if those martial arts techniques will work in the One Piece World and maybe pass some of them to his subordinates: Shaolin Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Tai Chi (Taijiquan), Baguazhang (Eight Trigram Palm), Xingyiquan (Form and Intention Fist), Sanda (Sanshou), Mantis Fist, Southern Fist (Nan Quan), Bajiquan (Eight Extremes Fist), Drunken Fist (Zui Quan). Thanks for the chapter. If I remember correctly outside of the 5 Major Ninja Village and the Akatsuki Organization there are still some Ninjas with Potential. If the mc were to transform them into demon this will make his organization more Mysterious, unique and dangerous. Like Guren with her Crystal Release, En no Gyōja (with Fury) former leader of the Tsuchigumo Clan, Arashi (with the Curse Mandala and the Casualty Puppet) the leader of the Fūma Clan, The Iburi Clan. Those 4 will be a very good addition to the mc organization.
