I might be late for my suggestion but I guess it is better late than never .. I suggest the welder of Ensui-Mikagami Tokiya of Flame of Recca.. He may look insignificant and weak when compare to chakra users but his swordsmanship is not to be underestimated . And what matter the most in this character is the Ensui which complement the most ( in my opinion 😁) with the MC's Tobirama Senju template .. And maybe because of his high affinity and mastery of water chakra and manipulation , Ensui might evolve because of his channelling of water chakra (only if you willed it😁) think about it .. Tokiya is not an overpowered character but too skillful with his usage of the Ensui Hyoumun-ken sword technique
