(T/N: That line is literally written by the Author so don't blame it on me guys. Spider man power is not worth it. The spiders are unpredictable, most of them are made only to be compatible to those with parker blood but the spider totem can manipulate it to accept others too if they dont boom you go. Even if you get it, the power is not that great/special considering the real price that you would be bound tightly in the spider totem's control.

Depends on his capabilities. Staying in shield means easy access to him. His meal, his room, his activities and his relationships everything can be manipulated. If he can survive easily outside then its better to do so.

and here he comes the main reason I wont believe umbrella can frolick around freely. I simply dont believe tony wont poke around with jarvis even if defended against by red queen ai. Tony is not a maniac wanting to see the world burn seeing what umbrella is up to he will definitely cause ruckus trying to stop it.
