The matter of the marriage was never announced, so in fact, she wasn't 'exposed'. Now with that being said, I believe that Madara is not that focused on watching the village. I think the author is mixing their ideal with the MC. that is why we are reading this m*****f****r MC have a conflict with his own personal ideal.

I once again looked around and saw my arm in a mangled state, 'no I thought maybe it's only my arm I can't be that injured... right?' as I attempted to look at some other place in my body. well, there is the reason why the anime called Naruto not shinobi. Naruto is the light in that world, the shinobi most likely the darkest place in the world.
At first, I wasn't so interested but while he was quite literally forcing me to watch Naruto I began to enjoy it. Naruto had its ups and downs but I would say that I enjoyed it! I even read a few fanfictions about Naruto. Some had very unique ideas but most either went into an eternal hiatus or were dropped but in the end, they were all pleasant to read. - ZeroXLife2yrBerkomentar
