Jesus, even monkey steal peaches? How low can they get lol
It wouldn't ruin the novel *by itself*, yes. But at the end of the day, in order for the author to accurately convey what they want for the readers to understand, one of the things they would have to use would be punctuation marks. Do note that: The idea for a novel/book could be amazing But those little significant details such as this, will affect how the novel/book is perceived. If ya'll enjoyed it nonetheless, I don't mind- you do you man. But that joy could've been shared with more people if you truly minded your written work. But as I said, there are circumstances, so I will empathize with the author on that part.
Punctuation marks are pretty significant to a book/novel, it helps the readers to better understand where it begins, where it ends, how it progresses, understanding of certain phrases, and etc. An old yet accurate example would be: I LOVE HER PERIOD/I LOVE HER, PERIOD. Depending on the context, the use of punctuation mark makes it easily understandable what the writer/author is trying to say to the readers. In the former, it refers to a character who has a particular fetish or belief towards menstruation, and in the latter- it refers to a character showing their love to a woman. I would understand if the reason this author does not use any punctuation mark is simply because English is not their mother tongue, is not fully taught in regards to English writing, or only writes and posts drafts without any editing.
He has his... "very touchy" moments but what can you do about that? His a virgin and desperate to "mingle" xD
Simping for our boi Zhang Ye
I still wanted Zhang Ye to court Wu Zeqing the natural way, by not using the red string of fate or any items similar to it. She is literally the single greatest woman in this novel aside from Rao Amin. Zhang Ye has to REALLY work hard for it dammit!
