although he didnt want to run rampage, but he clearly knows hulk is himself. it is like your second personality is a murder when you knowing it you will feel guilty as well, and for people with high IQ they will feel more guilty because cant keep his second personality in check. if i am in hulk persepective maybe i will just shock by her sudden resign and no more
