Christian Hamel

"Maya, Katerina," Nathaniel said as he joined his girlfriend and friend at their table, with him was Christian Hamel who looked a little bit nervous.

Nathaniel didn't know if Christian was just a very good actor, or if he was genuinely nervous to meet Maya and Katerina.

The earlier encounter didn't help either. He had come as Cassandra's date, something Nathaniel hadn't asked him about just yet.

Nathaniel had focused on discussing with him the plan and what he needed from Christian. He didn't bother asking about Cassandra.

He had done as many background checks as possible on Christian and there was nothing to indicate that he had met with Cassandra prior to that night. So Nathaniel simply brushed it off as an unfortunate coincidence.

"Nathaniel, we were wondering where you had run off to!" Katerina said as she pointed toward an empty seat between Eric and Gabriel.

"I'm assuming the boys decided on the seating arrangement?" Nathaniel asked.
