You're Just Like Cinderella

So excited! I'm just so excited, ecstatic really. Its not my first time facing this modern 64 floors building office, but its my first day coming to this office as a regular employee. At the same time I'm nervous to go in. But I know this is the beginning of me fulfilling my dreams, our dreams..

I am walking to the lobby, and the receptionist Rebeca with her slick black hair welcomed me with a big smile.

"Emma I heard about the promotion and your license, congratulations!"

"Thanks Beca", I answered nervously.

"You nervous?"

"Yeah so much, since they told me about it"

She laugh and told me, "Don't worry, your great. NOW, go on.. Go to your new office!"

Smiling at her while leaving, "Thanks, Bye"

As went in the Elevator going up to the Firm, I was blank as if I don't know where or what Iam. I did not even know I arrived at my destination. Going in, the people around noticed me and applauded and say their congratulations.

The HR, Mrs. Green came to me and congratulated me then lead me to my office.

"Here's your office Emma, you would share it with Jane, congratulations again." She said then left me alone with Jane.

"Hey, Congrats Emma. Excited?"

"Oh yeah so much" I said while staring at Jane. She has been a long time employee and everybody likes her. Who woudnt. Everyone calls her the brainy bobmshell. Long blonde hair with blue beautiful eyes.

"Well dont worry to much, you'll be fine. Thats you table, good luck!" pointing at my table oposite hers, then went back to work.

I looked at our office, It has floor to celling window then in front of the window is our to table facing each other just devided in the center to give privacy. The my name plate facing the door.

I sat at my chair, feeling it. Smilling so much.

Hah! finally I did it!

And as I sat there I began to reminish about my past. My sad past.

What Iam before I came here and become this.
