"You're finally back." Mom said.

I can't believe I tiptoed all the way from the gate, to the living room, right in front of my room door and she made all my effort useless.

"Oh mom it's you, you almost scared me for a sec." I tried to cover up.

"So who were you hiding from? Dan?" She asked sarcastically.

"C'mon Nora, why couldn't you just control your thirst for just few hours?" She started.

"You're 36 Nora and yet you act like you're some kid. Can't you see this life doesn't fit you?" She added.

I dropped my shoes which were on my hand slowly. Mom was on talk mode. This is all thanks to Tony, he keeps coming into my life and ruining it. He was the one who ought to go all drunk last night, but here I am being scolded for what wasn't my fault, and he's already in Canada getting credits for a smooth work. I was not listening to any of the things she was saying until I heard "your uncle Marcus is around"

Wait what uncle Marcus???????

I thought he was busy world touring like mom did. When did he have the time to visit? He doesn't have an apartment in New York, don't tell me he's gonna live with us. I watched her leave, and entered my room in anger.

Too bad that idiot had is now in Canada, I coulda made him pay for what he made pay. I pulled my clothes off, to take a long bath. I've gat to zoom off asap.

😒Dan's POV😒

I can't believe I fooled myself right in front of her. I shoulda controlled myself, there's no way she'd fall for me with the thought of me eating from the floor always coming to her head.

She even called me a floor eater.

While thinking about this, I remembered i had to call aunt. I picked my phone and dialled her mobile no.

She rejected my call. While I was wondering why, she called back. This time it was a video call.

"Dan!" She waved.

Seriously a video call? Now i don't get to show my real facial expression. I gotta act😒🤦. .

"How you doing aunt?" I asked her.

"I'm good Dan..... I've seriously missed you and my Azura." She said.

Oh c'mon its not even up to a day🤦.

"We too aunt." I answered.

"So tell me Dan, hope you treat her well?" She asked.

C'mon it's just one day🤦.

"Of course. You could even tell the difference when you see her." I joked.

"Awwwn that's good Dan. I've ordered for the assistance I told you. They'd resume next week. And remind Azura to never miss ante natal." She said.

I told her she could tell her, herself. I had to go upstairs where Azura was to give her the phone.

Then I remembered i had not taken a bath. I took my towel, and went into the bathroom. While Azura continued her conversation.

💞Azura's POV 💞

Dan gave me the phone to talk to aunt.

She seemed so happy, though she complained about Nora.

I'm pretty sure mr Thomas is involved in this.

I told her everything that happened between Dan and i, she laughed.

"He used to do that when he was much younger." She said in between the laugh.

Really? So he has that dirty attitude since he was little.

"Wow,that's serious aunt." I answered.

"Amanda used to complain about it." She said.

I noticed everytime she mentioned Dan's past to me, before he lost his parents. He was someone who was jovial, fun, stupid, crazy. But now, hes all shrud and annoying.

His parents death had s terrible impact on his life.

Poor Dan😔.

We talked for long. When aunt was done, uncle Marcus continued. They shouldn't stress a pregnant woman this much 😪.

Luckily for me, i was able to leave the house without sighting uncle Marcus. I kept reading the memes, comment, posts of these trolls about my absence, and it pissed me off.

I got to Charlotte's and we discussed.

Being a celebrity is a blessing and a curse. Owning one of the biggest companies in New York City, made both the Johnson and Johnathan family very popular. The blessings are prolly favour, familiarity, gifts shits like that, but the curse been them trolls that don't mind their fuckin business.

And that's what my girll be facing right now, most of them trolls got what they been facing, that been so hard. But hell no, they're gonna condemn like they're some holy motherfucker.

How could you stone someone so hard, without knowing fully what shit had happened. No matter how harden a bitch's heart could be, no one likes been insulted. And i don't like when I see my gurl sad, imma make sure those trolls eat their words up.
