Ran Away Friend

I started to chase her mostly because she might have something I could use for a radio but as I closed in on her, a noise I've heard too many times made me get back to the shelter, and plus it was getting dark. That's when they invade the streets with their dead bodies and ripped up flesh. When I got inside the shelter I Immediately noticed her,

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

She only looked at me with the most sinister look in her eyes. She walked up with the most unforgetting expression and said,

"How dare you disturb me in such a time like this, I'm trying to get back home to my family, but people like you keep getting in my way, so leave me alone or make yourself useful and hand me that"

she said in such a commanding way I felt myself doing exactly what she asked and handed her the radio I was once trying to fix,

"So I can stay with you and help look for your family?"

"Herminie is the name surviving is the game"

with a smile on her face and a shiver down my spine I agreed to help her.
