Ch:1 The series of misfortune

Rohan is an ordinary middle-aged man who has no wife or children. He is all alone in the world except for his old mother who is suffering from a heart disease. He works every day as a laborer at the construction sites to earn money for his mother's treatment.

One day, when he was working at a construction site, he saw his old colleagues from his high school. He rushed towards them as they were his childhood friends. He shouted, "James, Martha, how are you guys? Do you remember me? I am Rohan. We were classmates in high school."

When both of them saw Rohan in such a state, they immediately acted like they didn't know him and even asked the construction manager who this peasant was and how dare he call them by their names.

Rohan was stunned after hearing what his childhood friends thought of him. Suddenly, James bent towards Rohan and said, "You poor fool, you were never my friend to begin with. I just used you as a ladder for my success. Now I have all the riches I want and you are just a poor fool working at the construction site."

Hearing those words made Rohan realize that whatever happened in the past, all those times when he took all the blame for James's faults, were just a way for James to step on him as a stone for his success.

At that time, Rohan realized that the world was really unfair. Those who truly needed something and deserved it never could really achieve it. The world was a place where the rich were the kings and the poor were made slaves for their fun. That day, Rohan drank a lot and was in a lot of despair. He received a call from the hospital that his mother's condition was getting worse and he should immediately come to the hospital.

Rohan immediately rushed towards the hospital, but he was so far away that he knew he couldn't reach there in time. He saw James near a shop in his luxury car. He ran towards him and begged him to take him to the hospital so that he could see his mother. But James was so cruel that he kicked him and shouted, "You beggar, you don't deserve to sit in my car. So what if your mother is dying? You all are dirt on earth to be cleaned. You are better off dead, wasting the resources. And you even wasted my precious time." After hearing those words, Rohan was in such a shock that he couldn't imagine what he did wrong and why he deserved such a fate. He ran with all his might towards the hospital. When he reached there, it was already too late. His mother was already dead and he couldn't even spend the last moments with her. He was so ashamed of himself.

After the funeral of his mother, Rohan cried all night and while he was walking by the street side, he saw James hanging out in a club with a bunch of his friends. He barged into the room where James was. He shouted, "It was all your fault that my mother died." He tried to hurt James, but he was stopped by the guards of the club.

The guards beat him a lot and threw him in the backyard. On his last breath, Rohan shouted with all his might, looking towards the sky, "Oh God, what sins have I done to you to punish me? Please tell me, God, did I really deserve it?" He then got up and was walking back towards his home. He shouted that he wished he could go back to the past and never repeat the same mistakes. He would never let his mother die again. He would do everything he could to become the best. He would get all the riches, make a big name for himself, and punish those who destroyed his life and harmed him. With those words, while he was crossing the road, he was hit by a car. It was not an accident. He saw that the car driver was actually a minion of James.

As he thought it was the end of his life, he heard a voice saying "System initialization. Merging with the host." He thought that he was hallucinating as it was his last moment. "Error. Host is in danger. The wish system is enabled. Ask the host to give his two wishes." Rohan thought that even if it was an illusion, he decided to tell the wishes. His first wish was to go back in time when he was a child so that he could spend his childhood with his mother and prepare for the revenge from an early age. His second wish was to have a power that would help him be an expert in every field.

He smiled and said, "I wish it was not an illusion and I could actually make my dream come true." Ding. "Successfully delivered his wishes. Rewinding time. Sending host back to his childhood." The last words Rohan heard. Rohan opened his eyes. He was in his room. He thought that maybe it was the afterlife. He went outside his room and saw his mother cooking curry for him. He cried when he saw his mother and said, "Sorry, mother. I couldn't attend your last moment." His mother gave him a fist bump on his head and said, "What are you talking about? Have you gone mad?" While she was nagging at him, he heard a voice. "Ding. System initialization complete. Host timeline has been reversed. First wish is complete. Creating an all-field expert system for the host. Ding. All-field expert system created."

Rohan was terrified of hearing a voice coming out of his brain. He asked, "Who is this? Is it a ghost or is someone toying with me after my death?" He suddenly saw a screen appear in front of his eyes. He was surprised. He asked his mother, "Can you see this weird screen floating in front of my eyes?" His mother smacked his head again and said, "Stop using your phone so much. You have completely gone mad." Rohan couldn't believe what he was seeing. When he read the text on the screen, it said "All-field expert system". He was so surprised by what was happening. Then he heard a voice in his head saying that two wishes of the host were granted. Then he suddenly remembered that when he was dying, he had two wishes: first, to travel back in time and second, to have a way to achieve his goal. He was sure that heaven was on his side this time. He was still just a child. He could do many things to change the future and even become successful and get his revenge.

He suddenly shouted, "Now I will get all the riches of the world and take my revenge on those bastards." His mother punched his head again and said, "Stop shouting and come eat your lunch." While eating, he remembered the time when his mother was ill and said, "I will not repeat the same mistake. I will not let my mother suffer." He cried while eating the curry..
