The girls drew close and looked into the well. At this point Ku Jian paused. She was not sure what to do next from here on out. Looking at their faces full of anticipation, she sighed and walked around them to leave the shed.

“My lady?” one of them asked.

“That is my blessing to you. Whether you are able to access that blessing or not is up to you,” she said, leaving them inside. She stepped out into the night sky and looked at the three waiting outside.

“Come,” she called to them as she left. They did not hesitate to follow her. They walked three steps and found themselves in an empty hall. They had seen this room when cleaning up and were not sure what it was for. It opened to a private courtyard and had a relaxing ambience.
