Time Stops When I'm with Her. (MHA)

A peculiar teen dies after being hit by Truck-kun. As the beaming lights flash into her eyes and the immense force tore apart her body, she finds herself motionless drifting off in a seemingly endless void until one day a light shone down upon her and she woke up in the body of a child. Chapter 12:

(A/N: It's time for some Valentine's day fluff for SakuMomo, why? Because I couldn't think of anything else to write.)

February 14th, better known as Valentine's day. A day where people build up their courage and ask their desired partners out mostly with chocolate. I loathed and loved this day with all my passion and not for the reasons you might initially think.

There are many social rules regarding gift-giving etiquette as a Japanese person, and Valentine's day just happens to be a day with a lot more rules than other holidays. It's just a lot of stress, and I always hated dealing with it.

You have to take many things into account when it comes to what you give someone, and I envy the western world that never really has to deal with them. They can just give someone a random bar/box of chocolates, and it would be okay. You do that in Japan, and you have committed something equivalent to a war crime.

The three main types of chocolate I , as a girl, am expected to hand out are; Honmei-choco, Giri-choco, and Tomo-choco. Honmei-choco is a type of chocolate that is handed out to people you have feelings for or are in a relationship already. It's often homemade or high-end from renowned chocolatiers; it's meant to convey the passion and emotions of the person giving it. In my case, I am giving Momo some honmei-choco, ofc it's store-bought because I want her to enjoy the chocolate, not whatever ash I decide to whip up.

Giri-choco is given out to people you are obliged to give gifts to in a non-romantic setting. The recipients are usually male classmates, bosses, co-workers, teachers, and any person in your life you don't like in a romantic setting. The type of chocolate is typically a standard box/bag of chocolate you find in a local convenience store. I like to call it the tsundere scapegoat chocolate as girls would often use Giri-choco as an excuse to give their crushes chocolate without the fear of potentially being rejected or having their feelings found out.

Tomo-choco is given out to people you consider friends and often are given from one girl to another. The quality of the chocolate is in most cases higher than Giri-choco because you would want to spend a little more on your friends, right? I never understood this type of choco because most girls I knew, myself included, would share the chocolate we got from the boys on white day with other girls, so it's a waste of money in most cases. Luckily, I don't have to worry about money in this lifetime, so I will gift the girls with chocolate when I get to school. I already sent some chocolate to the girls that aren't in the same school as me.

Thankfully, white day isn't a thing in this world. The troubles of white day didn't affect me that much, you know, because I'm female. For men, it was a different story because there were some cultures where the men were expected to do a 'Triple Return' or 'Sanbai Gaeshi,' which encompassed the fact that men had to return things they received from the girls, in most cases chocolate, three times over. It was a pain in the ass for everyone involved. It was a pain in the ass for the boys because they had to figure out the price of the chocolate before tripling it. It was a pain in the ass for me because my tired ass had to spend two days a year lugging chocolate around, and I didn't have my magic bag with me in my old life.

All in all, Valentine's day is just a huge hassle. Does that mean I won't celebrate it though? Not at all. I love Momo too much to not shower her in love and attention publicly on a holiday meant for it. It was too good of an opportunity to pass up.

Looking over to the corner of my room, I see my Valentine's gift for Momo, a fluffy polar bear plushie holding a heart sitting in front of a box. What's in the box are chocolates with exclusively designed packaging, which is a creation of the Lebanese Chocolatier, Patchi. Inside are 49 decadent chocolates hand-wrapped in Indian silk and placed on suede leather partitioned with gold and platinum. The packaging technique involves embellishment of the chocolate with gold, Swarovski crystals, and silk rose, which is further followed by a sturdy packaging of these in a stunning box made of genuine leather and magnificent hand-woven silk from India and China. Yeah, It cost a lot.

Getting my hand on that box was a chore. I spent well over a week on the phone trying to get it shipped to my house. Why go through the effort and all that money, you may ask me? Momo deserves the best. Anyone who says otherwise will be Thanos snapped out of existence by yours truly. Deciding that I spent enough time in my blanket burrito, I unwrap myself and make my way to the shower to freshen up before school. After dressing myself and eating breakfast, I make my way to my room to grab my gifts before heading off to the car. My mother took every second she could in the car to both tease me and reminisce about young love before she had to exit the vehicle upon arriving at her workplace. Staring out of the window as the landscapes moves by, I began thinking,

'What if this is too much? Would she like it? Why do people give chocolates but not chocolate milk? Seems like a missed opportunity to me. Do mermaids give birth to live children or lay eggs, or is it a seahorse scenario where the merman gets pregnant? If I decide to describe myself as indecisive, am I decisive or indecisive?'

Sadly, I had no time to think about any answers to the questions because I arrived at school. Stepping out after thanking the chauffeur, I made my way to class. Hushed whispers about one of the '3 Great Onee-samas' arriving made their way around the school courtyard.

'Great, that title is still sticking...'

The conception of the accursed 'Great Onee-sama' title happened in the first few weeks of the school. The bearers of such a prestigious title include Me, Itsuka, and Momo. We all got the titles for acting like big sisters towards everyone, whether through giving advice, caring about them, listening to their troubles, and being role models for the female students in attendance. I hate the title, but it could be worse. I could have Yui's title of 'Silent princess.' There are fan clubs and everything for us. What they do in the fan clubs, I'd rather not know. I do remember someone talking about exclusive pictures, but I chose to ignore them for the sake of my sanity and move on.

Ignoring the whispers, I continued, eventually making it to the classroom. I saw Momo and a few others already made it, wasting no more time. I made my way over to Momo. Giving her a peck on the lips before saying,

"Thanks for the meal."

Looking at how Momo.exe crashed due to overheating, I sat down and prepared for the lessons. Everyone began filling into the class, and talks about chocolate had already begun. Komoe-sensei came in three minutes later and started teaching. Seeing as the topic was history, I decided to pay attention. Komoe-sensei always had a way of describing the history of quirks as if she had lived through it all. It made it far more engaging than other typical lessons where the teacher drones on and on about things in a textbook.

'Sensei had a form of eternal youth type quirk. I don't think it's too impossible to say she was alive since the dawn of quirks if that is the case. I can't imagine looking like a child for my entire life as I outlived my entire family. It's not like she could give birth either to continue on her family line with that body, that's if she found somebody that wasn't just a huge pedophile looking to score a legal loli.'

Before I knew it, I was giving Komoe-sensei a look as if I were pitying her. She noticed my gaze and asked,

"S-Sakuya, what's wrong? Why are you looking at me like that?"

"It's nothing, sensei, just thinking about how pitiful you are."

"Oi, you brat, what do you mean pitiful?!"

"You had to live your long life as a Loli, sensei. You must have been so lonely. Don't worry; this Onee-sama will take care of you now. I can set you up with some rich old fossils around your age. Leave it to Onee-sama!"

Seeing my enthusiastic smile and thumbs up just pissed her off even more, but she decided to drop the topic before completely blowing a fuse. I began to realize that I was just enforcing the title that I hated so much. I helped Komoe-sensei, but at what cost? People around the class started to worship me even more after my gracious act of helping their beloved sensei.

As the lessons finished and the class went on break, I stopped time and handed out the Giri-choco by placing them on people's desks and slipping one into Komoe-sensei's purse. Unfreezing time, I walked out of class and headed to the roof, leaving a confused classroom full of people wondering where the chocolate came from. I could hear faint shouting as I made my way down the corridor,

"Sakuya-nee noticed me!"

"UUUOOOOOOOOO!"

"There's hope for my social life yet!"

And many other shouts along the same lines screaming their undying worship to the 'Great Onee-sama.' I chuckled to myself before reaching the rooftop, where I laid down and began watching the clouds. A pastime that seemed to have carried over into this life, I guess the peaceful experience was something that I couldn't stop. There was just something mesmerizing about watching the pillowy clouds drift in the blue sky. Soon Momo stood over me,

"The view just got so much better."

She could only blush in response before sitting down next to me. Seeing that we were alone, she started fidgeting in nervousness. She checked the surroundings once more before opening her bag, reaching in, and pulling out a bag of what I can only assume is homemade chocolate. She placed the bag on my chest before saying,

"Happy Valentine's day, d-dear."

'Dear?! My heart just got shot with Cupid's arrow because I'm somehow falling in love with you, even more, Mo-chan.'

Sitting up, I placed the bag off to the side before pulling her onto my lap, earning an adorable,

"Eep!"

Kissing her neck lightly before I pulled out my chocolate for her,

"Happy Valentine's day dear, hope you love it. Sorry, it's not homemade, but I can't cook at all, and I would rather you enjoy today than eat volcanic ash."

She began unwrapping the box, opening the box something clicked in her mind,

"Sakuya! This is a 1 million yen box of chocolates. This is too much!"

"Money isn't a problem. I'll pay any price to make you smile."

Kissing her neck once again before wrapping my arms around her waist, pulling her closer.

"Some cuddles would be enough for my smile."

"Well, I have more cuddles for you, but we can save them for later."

She unwrapped a chocolate before placing it in my mouth. It was well worth the money if my tastebuds are anything to go by. The chocolate coated my tongue and melted in my mouth as soon as it entered. The velvety, buttery texture was a thing of dreams. The creamy block just melted in my mouth, leaving me in the embrace of its sweet flavor. As I was busy enjoying the chocolate from the box I bought, I didn't feel right. I reached over to where I placed Momo's chocolate and began eating them.

Sure, it wasn't as good as the box of chocolates. But I prefer hers. The taste of painstaking effort and love she put into these chocolates was very noticeable. The texture wasn't as smooth, the taste wasn't as balanced, and the mouthfeel wasn't as great. I didn't care, though. Momo spent, probably, hours making this so I can have something to eat on Valentine's. That was what made it better. Sure, the fact I'm still upset about all the time it took to get the box shipped may have affected my bias regarding it, but who cares.

Her expectant eyes were locked onto me as soon as I picked up her chocolate. Nervousness welled deep within them. She watched my face light up as soon as I took a bite and sighed a breath of relief. The happiness she felt right now was only dwarfed by a few moments in her life. The number one happiest time in her life was the night Sakuya proposed. Number two was the night she spent in Sakuya's arms after being accepted at her lowest point. Number three was right now as her pride in making her loved one happy with her cooking was amazing, and the fourth is a tie between all the times they cuddled. It was a great start to Valentine's day in both of our opinions.

Shortly after, Itsuka joined us as she wanted to escape the Onee-sama fanatics and Mina because she had nowhere else to go. They began cooing at how cute Momo and I were, hoping one day to have a relationship like ours. They did lose their minds when learning the price of the chocolate. Mina short-circuited for a while. It was probably the most pretentious box of chocolates they saw in their lives. They soon began begging Momo to share with them, even after I gave them their tomo-choco.

We all chatted away, enjoying each other's company before returning to the classroom. Me, Momo, and Itsuka returned to the sight of three mountains of chocolate on our desks. The fanatics began worshipping us as soon as we entered, earning wry smiles from us. Luckily we prepared for this the day before; I used my distance manipulation on each of our bags so that we would have enough space for their gifts. We would look cold if we just dumped them all at once into our bag, so we placed them all one by one into our bag with a smile on our face. It took excruciatingly long, but I did it.

One eternity later, school ended. Komoe-sensei, along with many others, came over and thanked me for the chocolate before I managed to politely work my way through the swarm of people thanking me. I spotted Momo waiting for me at the gates, I made my way over to her, and she explained how she wanted to come over for the night. Needless to say, I agreed. My ride was late, so we waited, hand in hand, and made small talk. We talked about one of our favorite topics, our fantastic title. Momo didn't mind the title and being depended upon by her peers. In fact, she enjoyed it. It made her feel useful in the classroom. I don't know how she could be more useful in the class. She's the class president already, so she is already the most helpful person there, much more than myself at least. All I do is drink choccy milk and laze around. It turns out when you're in your second life. You don't need to learn much in junior high when you were originally a university student.

The car arrived soon after our discussion about the title. We strapped ourselves in and locked our hands together, a thought passing through my mind after our hands joined in unholy matrimony,

'Such a simple thing as holding hands, and it already makes me so happy to be with her.'

Momo began feeding me chocolates she received from our classmates as I leaned on her shoulder. A new scent wafted into my nose after a while. At first, I thought it to be some of the chocolate being fragrant, but one more whiff, I located the smell. It was Momo's hair, and it smelt like apple pie, which was different from her usual vanilla shampoo I'm used to her using.

"Are you trying out a new shampoo, Momo?"

"Yes, I'm surprised you noticed. Is it bothering you?"

"I thought so. Of course, I'd notice changes about you, dear. You're in my dreams every night, so changes are bound to be noticed. To answer your question, no, no, it isn't. It smells great, like apple pie."

"I-I see. I'm glad you liked it. I was worried about using new products on my hair, but my mother said such good things about it, so I had to try it myself."

"Well, I'm glad you did. It smells wonderful."

Nuzzling my face into her hair, I grew comfortable and closed my eyes. I was later shaken awake by Momo as we made it to the Izayoi estate. We made it inside, had a quick dinner where I gave her the plushie, and proceeded to have a nice night together, playing games and watching movies. Primarily to provide Momo with some inspiration for her quirk. She managed to make some shields and guns from the Borderlands video game series. As a massive fan of the games, I was over the moon. She did manage to make a Norfleet from the games, but we decided it was best for me to erase it before anyone could fire it.

(A/N: What's your favorite video game series and if it includes weapons/tech what's your favorite thing in it?)

We made our way to my room before washing ourselves together and enjoying a quick bath together. After switching the lights off, we got changed and drifted into rem sleep in one another's embrace again.

Creation is hard, cheer me up! Want to help me out? Review the book!

Another chapter of this fluffy book, we are still in the life parts of the book. I estimate around 3-6 chapters until I get to UA-related things, don't quote me on that.

Hope you enjoyed the book if you didn't tell me why. I'm always looking for ways to improve after all.
