This Cultivation Game Is Driving Me Nuts!

Xu Fei sat on a modest bed in his dorm while looking at his phone. He was currently playing an idle cultivation game happily as he quietly hummed a song to himself.

He was a twenty years old college student who studied at a prestigious university. It was hard to get here since he was born into a poor family. Although his intelligence is pretty moderate, he studied relentlessly day and night and took many competitions everywhere like a madman to get into this university.

Due to this hardworking personality of his, he even got a permanent dark circle under his eyes. His family and friends even wondered how he still had no problems with that kind of mental strain.

The game he was playing is about making a character that will cultivate slowly by itself. The player will then go through some stories with different characters, gaining items and spirit stones through some quests which could be used to learn techniques, breakthrough, and increase their stats.

The game itself might seem boring and repetitive, but it was good enough for Xu Fei to play in his free time and it didn't consume much time since it's an idle game.

Currently, his character was about to have enough cultivation base to breakthrough the final realm, the God realm.

"It's about time..." he muttered quietly under his breath.

He stared at the screen intensely with shining eyes. His heart was pounding and his hands were shaking as if he was about to have a new child.

No one in the world has managed to reach this realm before. Well, that's probably because not many people play this game, but it was still exciting to be the first one in the world to reach it.

He was about to press the 'yes' button when all of a sudden, a sound came out of his microwave.

He then slowly put his phone aside and got up from his bed, before starting to make his way into his small kitchen. As soon as he arrived, a delicious scent immediately hit his nose as Xu Fei immediately started to drool.

He rubbed his stomach as he realized just how hungry he is.

'T-This steak smells so good... Two hours of cooking well worth! I should quickly sear it and go back to the game.'

Speaking of which, Xu Fei was also a really good cook. Cooking is basically a talent that he was born with and he put it to great use in his daily life. His family and friends had once thought that he would become a professional cook after finishing university, but he denied it since he already have international business as his college major. In the end, he simply settled in as a home cook.

He then quickly took the steak from the microwave and seared it on a cooking pan. In the end, he was left with a delicious-looking steak with a few toppings on it.

He wiped some sweat from his face.

"Phew, now back to the game!"

He rushed back to his room and grabbed his phone.

Then, an animation started.

Clouds were swirling in the skies above his character and thunder started to crackle, hitting his character a few times. Some of the thunders were parried while some hit his character straight in the face.

He stared at his phone with a blank expression, the animation was not that amazing in his opinion, there were many animations in other games that would be more breathtaking than this one. What he was excited about was not the animation, but the result and the stats it would bring.

Though, the animation continued for a whole minute and Xu Fei's eyebrows started to furrow.

'Strange... usually breakthrough animations only took ten seconds to finish, but this one has been going on for a whole minute and it's still going. Maybe it's because it's the final realm?' He thought.

Crackle crackle...

Another five minutes have passed but the animation is still going.

'Strange, this is very strange! There's no way the developer intended for it to be this long! Is it a bug??'

'Well, whatever...' he thought

The animation just keeps on going and Xu Fei who was bored out of his mind, went out to study while eating his now cold steak.

After thirty minutes have passed, the thunders stopped and the clouds cleared, the animation has finally stopped. Xu Fei who was currently eating his homemade steak out of boredom was alerted once more and took a look at his phone.

"Is it finally done?"

He saw that it was indeed finished and heaved a sigh of relief. If it went on for a bit longer then he would've taken his phone to a service shop and wasted a ton of money. Finally, a notification popped up on his screen.

An ominous text appeared on his screen and Xu Fei tilted his head, confused.

"Tutorial? What does that mean?"

What the hell... Does that mean the whole two months he spent grinding were wasted for a tutorial? What kind of crappy game is this??

Veins were starting to appear on his head as his blood pressure started to increase. His breath turned ragged as Xu Fei was fuming out of anger.

"Agh, Whatever! I won't play this game ever again!"

He slammed the phone onto his bed and decided to ignore it as he continued eating. He decided to cool off for a bit. Rather than wasting his time on a game, he would rather make use of it doing something else.

But unknown to him, even after the phone turned off, the text was still present on the screen.

Xu Fei was still eating on his desk when all of a sudden, a bolt of lightning the size of a house hit his dorm. In a flash, everything that it hits, including Xu Fei and his steak was reduced to nothing and disappeared as a massive earthquake erupted after.

Xu Fei woke up with a sharp gasp as the bright blue sky stung his eyes.

"W-What happened? Where am I?"

Instead of the comfort of his room, he was greeted with the sight of a forest. Everywhere he looked, large trees with a diameter of five meters surrounded him along with many bushes and strange plants. Birds were chirping in the sky while small squirrels were climbing around trees.

"How in the world did I get here... huh!?"

He then looked down on his body. He was buck naked and he could clearly see it... Two mounds were present on his chest and... his little brother was gone...

Blood immediately rushed to her head as she blushed furiously like a tomato. In the past, she was a pure virgin and had never touched a woman other than her mother. To think that the first boobs she saw were from herself...

She then ran around the forest looking for some water to use as a mirror and it wasn't long until she located a small pond near the place she woke up. She quickly approached the pond and looked at her reflection in the water.

She has a beautiful face that was complemented by her pale white skin. A long white hair was flowing down from her head to her waist like a waterfall as sharp jade green eyes looked back at her. She also has a cute small nose and thin lips and overall, she looked like some kind of supermodel.

But what catches her off guard was not the fact that she was beautiful... but because this was the character she made in the idle cultivation game that she played!

She then recalled when the text that appeared after her character broke through the God realm.

She then looked back at the bright sky and her surroundings as she pinched her cheek. A sharp pain immediately rushed to her cheek as she let out a cute 'ouch'. There's no way this is a game, isn't this simply too realistic?

She glanced at the small pond that she used as a mirror. Now that she looked at it, the waters are short and very clear. It's probably safe to bathe in, right?

Xu Fei quickly staggered over to the pond and washed herself for some time until her pristine body is clear of impurities.

Now the pond's water looks slightly black, but she doesn't mind it.
