In a dark alley filled with filth and stench from dead rats...

A young man with tattered clothes and blood stains laid on the hard brick floor.

Suddenly, the young man who had Platinum Blond hair and snow white skin opened his eyes revealing two mesmerizing colors of Red and Gold.

"Fucking hell it smells like shit!" The young man cursed under his breath.

It was unusual how, instead of questioning how he ended up in this situation, he was complaining about the bad stench in the air.

After a few seconds of complaining, the young man stood up and looked at his surroundings with sarcasm.

'I can't believe i reincarnated into this body. Thankfully, it seems like i have Eidetic/Photographic memory and have my predecessor's memory' The young man thought.

That's right, it seems like another person took control of the young man's body.

[First Person POV]

My name is Lucien, an ordinary person with an addiction to Anime, Comics, Manga, and Games.

In my previous life i was a programmer for a large company, working from 9-5, everyday. Sometimes i even work overtime to catch up to the deadline.

After a few years (2 years) i guess my body finally gave up and i died... while at work.I thought that after i die, some angels, maybe ROB would erase my memories and throw me in the River of Reincarnation.

But instead, my Soul Transmigrated into "my" current body.

Fortunately, the moment my soul went into his body, i instantly gained all his memories. And it seemed like due to my soul being from another World/Reality, i gained Eidetic/Photographic memory and faster thinking speed.

Coincidentally, my predecessor's name is also Lucien, who was also an orphan, just like my last life.Speaking of which, thank God i didn't have close relationships with the people around me or else i would feel sad, and I don't want them feeling sad after my death.

My age in this world is currently 18 years old and I'm in Italy, specifically Rome.

If i didn't have my predecessor's memory, i would think this is Earth back in the 1500, but i would be far from wrong.

It seems like this world has Devils/Angels/Vampires/Werewolves and more.

As for how my predecessor knew, well... he knew he was special from the moment he was born, he was way stronger and faster than his peers, even being able to go head to head against 10 bandits with only his bare hands.

But the moment he knew that there were such beings in this world was last night, when he was ambushed by a strong vampire who effortlessly defeated him.

The vampire then sucked his blood which killed him but also killed the vampire.

[Third Person POV]

'It seems like i have a special bloodline, otherwise how would my blood kill that vampire' Lucien thought.

After a few more inner monologues, Lucien walked outside the alley which revealed a prosperous city filled with beautiful houses and people.

Before Lucien could appreciate the view, he was interrupted by a translucent blue screen suddenly appearing in front of his face.

Reading the texts on the screen, Lucien was filled with joy and enthusiasm.

'I didn't expect i would get a system BWAHAHHAHA!!' Lucien thought with a wide smirk visible on his face.

Before Lucien could enjoy his inner monologue, a few people wearing armor approached him.

"Hey you!!" The person leading the group said.

Lucien then turned around and pointed at himself "Me??".

"Yes you!!" He nodded.

Lucien looked at him with a confused expression and asked "What is it?".

"You are under investigation, follow me" He said.

Lucien, even more confused than before asked "What did i do?".

He then frowned and said "What do you mean? Why were you smirking while looking at the passerbys for a full minute".

Having learnt the reason, Lucien let out a sigh of relief and said "I was just thinking about something happy hahaha nothing else".

He then said with an angry expression "How can someone believe you while looking like that!!".

Lucien then looked at his clothes before looking back at him with a nervous smirk "I-i can explain".
