There was the city of Shinju, this was the city where Arata was born and his home... but there were other neighboring cities... and among them was the city of Miho, which wanted to seize the other cities... and it wanted to invade the city of Arata... So this is where the story begins...
In the Middle Ages, there were neighboring cities, some of which were advanced and others were still ancient. Among the largest cities was the city of (Miho), which was the largest city among the cities, followed by the city of (Shinjo), which was a quiet and independent city.
After these cities comes the city of Akayama, which was destroyed as a result of a hurricane and a devastating flood, and most of the people in it died.
After what happened, rumors began to spread here and there, and it was said that this was the work of an actor, and among these rumors was a rumor saying that this was the work of the village of Shinjo, which was said to be a village in which there were people who could manipulate water, using some skills. The forbidden, which was impossible for anyone to do in the first place,
