Chapter 1The Birth of the First and Last Demigod

In the realm of the gods, a woman with black hair, eyes that shown with wisdom, and skin as pale as snow, was currently preforming a feat that no other deity would ever come close to replicating.

The goddess, known as Hecate, was currently preforming magic on her womb. She had created a homunculus and infused it with a quarter of her divinity. Then, she had made the homunculus impregnate her, hoping that it could work for her to have a child.

She was currently sending small bits of her divinity into the child as this was the only form of nutrition she could provide it. She couldn't give it Ambrosia or Nectar as Hecate was unsure if this would kill her child or not.

Hecate, with a small smile on her face, continued nursing her child, not caring whether or not she reobtained the divinity she sent it. After all, why should she care about the divinity she is sending it when she could end up with a treasure no other deity has, a child.

---Time Skip: 9 Months---

A woman could be heard screaming in pain. Many homunculus ran around the room, nursing the goddess.

And after what seemed like days, which in reality was only a few hours, a cute little baby girl with black hair and eyes that looked like kaleidoscopes.

The woman, Hecate, smiled down at her adorable baby girl, cooing at her every once in a while. Then, as Hecate was showing her child in love and affection, it began to glow a yellow, almost golden, light.

Hecate's eyes widened in horror, knowing what was happening to her child.

"No please, there has to be a way for her to stay with me," Hecate said, hopping out of her resting position and trying to cast her magic on the child, to prevent her from descending to the mortal realm.

"Gods Damned, I used up so much of my divinity in creating her, I- I can't prevent the heavens from casting her down." Hecate said, tears forming in the goddess' eyes.

"My little girl, My adorable, sweet Circe, please, do well in the mortal realm." Hecate said with a steeled resolve. She didn't want her daughter to only remember her mother crying, even if she wouldn't be able to remember anything at this point in her life.

Then, with the last few seconds that she had left, Hecate cast a spell to create a weapon for her daughter to have.

Once the spell was cast, a picture of an open book, a grimoire, appeared on Circe's wrist before the girl descended the realm of the gods for good.

Hecate, now knowing her daughter wouldn't be there to see her cry, sat down on the bed and wept once more.

---Orario, Guild Hall---

Suddenly, a flash of light appeared in front of the guild hall. A staff member, who's name doesn't seem to matter, was closing the guild at the end of her shift went outside to discover what it was.

As she opened the doors, she looked down to find a baby in a basket made completely out of gold. As she inspected the inside, she found a baby girl wrapped in a blanket that was somehow both made of fabric and gold.

The girl struggled to pick up the basket, but as she did, she brought the young child into the guild. The worker set the girl onto the desk, only to call her employers and tell them what happened.

They themselves, called their employers until it rang all the way to the top of the chain at the guild, and made it's way to Ouranos.

Ouranos, knowing what that flash of light meant, quickly made his way to the guild, curiosity brimming upon him in his old age.

As he came out of the Room of Prayer, he made sure to keep the monsters stuck in the dungeon while he was coming to check on the mystery child.

Ouranos, entering the main hall of the guild, quickly picked up the child off the counter, ignoring the discoverer of said child, and brought her down to the Room of Prayer, as it was easier to keep the monsters in check and do other things whilst inside that room.

---Guild Hall, Room of Prayer---

Ouranos set the basket down, turning the child onto it's frontside so he could observe her back.

Ouranos, hoping his assumptions are correct, did the ritual to give people his Falna for the first time. As he read her status, his intrigue became excitement. He grinned, knowing he could train the child to became a great ally to the gods.

Ouranos lifted Circe to the sky with a massive grin on his face. He knew that he could train the girl to be a first class adventurer in a matter of a year or two. Of course, he would have to wait until she was of an able age, but that didn't mean he couldn't increase her knowledge during this waiting period.

Of course, there was also the fact that she had such high stats for being a new born, but Ouranos though this to be the perk of her being a Demigod.

Naruto: The Outsider's Resolve

[A Naruto Fan Fiction] Make the best of what you have, they said... But what I am supposed to do when the best I have are red-eyed freaks, a child who's supposed to be the jailor of the most dangerous being in the world, a snake bastard with serious boundary issues, and a whole world of super soldiers with licences to murder. And you know the best part? None of them like me so much... Oh shut it, old man! Take that Will of Fire and shove it up your— Yeah, this second swing at life isn't panning out... --------------------------------------------------------------- What to expect: - Gradual strength progression. Meaningful growth. The MC is a normal guy dumped into the Narutoverse, starts out weak and has to work and struggle for everything he gains. - "Slow" paced. My writing style is a zoomed-in look camera that follows the protagonist. It might seem slow, but I ensure something is always happening to progress the plot forward. - Gritty and often bloody fights and actions scenes with a focus on taijutsu—you'll see individual combat, team fights, and large-scale battle. - A different take on the Narutoverse. The world is full of superhuman mercenaries with liscenes-to-kill—that along with the protagonist's struggles paint the world in a much darker light. - Additions and expansion to the "chakra" power system. I consider myself a conservative when it comes to adapting the power system—and aim to retain the original feel while highlighting the best parts. - The Outsider's Resolve version of Narutoverse uses the [Naruto Manga] as the base—with additions from anime, books, and even Boruto (though very less likely). --------------------------------------------------------------- DISCORD SERVER: https://discord.gg/w5dJ82SfMr --------------------------------------------------------------- PATREON LINK: https://www.patreon.com/fictiononlyreader --------------------------------------------------------------- DECLARATION: This story is also present on: FFN, Ao3, SpaceBattles, SufficientVelocity, and ScribbleHub RoyalRoad [to be verified] --------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: I don't own any character other than my OCs.
