Ch.4 The beginning of Nox

With my blade floating beside me, I flew back towards Kuoh Town, but stopped as I had a thought, ' That house won't last long, got to find another place, maybe with all the accommodations needed for me.'

And so, while searching for something better, I found a abandoned railway tunnel, "This will do." as I said that I used x50 gravity on the ground to smooth it out, making sure not to collapse the tunnel I focused with percussion as I smoothed everything out to a blank slate of stone and concrete, soon I started carving out of the stone above and around me, making a room 40 meters in length and width. An addition to that, I condensed pillars to hold the ceiling making sure it doesn't cave in.

Much better than the semi-destroyed house. I could sense a water line about a dozen meters away, I created a water line of stone to a fountain I carved against the wall, and creating another to filter dirt and other things out.

Whilst I like using my power's, I didn't think it would be for this, chuckling at the thought, something crossed my mind. After becoming the Jade Emperor, I've been almost always alone, why don't I change that. After making an exit through the hill were my new home was located, I flew a few minutes before landing in a alley way, smiling I say "time to go for a walk".

I've been walking for a few minutes and haven't been sensing anything going on, people look at me oddly, although some look away a few seconds after because I'm not that new, some have seen me before around here. As I was thinking to myself, I noticed something, and by something I mean a fight going on. In a abandoned factory their was a fight going on, 1 hulking man protecting an injured person vs 10 other people , it seems it might be my time to shine.

As I arrived on scene, I find a hulking tank of armor standing 3 meters tall, his defense looked unbreakable and he held a large war axe. Each time he swung a misty like cap would flutter in the wind. Behind him I see a injured man, standing 1.5 meters with a sweaty face and ruffled up black hair, it seems he's been stabbed in the abdomen. The Armored man could fight and win easily, but it seems that he's determined to protect the other man, forcing him into a defensive fighting style.

I decided that I would help them, immediately they started flying towards me as I used attraction, as soon as they got near I used Inertia manipulation on a stone as I kicked it, I guided the stone from one targets head to another as each of their heads exploded from the sheer velocity of the pebble.

Seeing a unknown man enter and kill all of your enemies effortlessly doesn't exactly make you ecstatic. "Who are you?" The injured man spat out with a loss of breath. The armored man looked ready to do whatever to protect the injured one if need be.

"Someone trying to help you that's all, now let me help you before you bleed out there." I said with a smile. He looked at me nervously before giving in, "alright fine, please patch me up uhh..."

"You may call me Dadi, and you are?"

"Ah, my name is Trem, the one in the armor is my sacred gear, Noxious."

As he said that my ears perked up 'I've never heard of a sacred gear like this.'

As I patched him up with some cloth lying around, though it isn't the prettiest thing in the world it does its job.

With curiosity in my eyes I ask, "Does he think for himself or do you have to give order's for it to do something?"

He smiles "He's a sentient being, he just likes me I guess."

I nod as I say "Well your patched up, just get some rest and change those bandages every once in a while and you'll be fine."

"By the way, why are you here, I haven't seen you around here before."

He sighs before saying "I don't know really, just roaming around, although that isn't really the best idea it seems."

I grin before saying "Hey, how about you stay with me before a while and plan something out, and If you feel like it you could even join an organization of mine, if you so desire."

Trem gets into a contemplated look as he was thinking before lifting his head and saying "I'll stay with you for now and think about it, what's your organizations name?"

"Nox, its name is Nox" I say feeling happy about making a friend and potential ally.
