After the three spent an hour walking around town, Elena got a call from Anna that it was time for them to leave. They went back to the carriage where Anna was waiting for them "Did you three have fun"

"Yes grandma, I would like to come to town again to explore the other places" John said while drinking strawberry milk that he bought from a diary store.

"I would also like to come with John" Carmilla shouted "It was very nice spending time with my cousin"

Anna was very happy that her two grandchildren enjoyed themselves, then she looked at Elena "Did you also enjoy yourself Elena?"

"This one enjoyed herself with the two young masters very much" Elena had a lovely smile on her face.

When they arrived at home, the man named Carlos Decker had already departed. John saw two knights training with their swords and went up to them "Whatsup crimson knights, will you guys train me with the sword?"

The two knights were shocked when John spoked and they both bowed "It will be our honour my lord" they both said simultaneously. John smiled at them both "get up and let's get started". Before the knight could show John anything, something came to his mind "wait, how are you guys able to stand in the sun, you guys do not have the Crimson blood, so how are you alive, is it because grandfather turned you and that is why you are able to walk in the sun?". The one knight then explained "the reason we are able to stand in the sun young master is because we have magical rings that allows us to" then the knight shows John a silver ring with magical inscriptions "this is called the daywalk ring young master". "So that's how it is, but is it possible for a vampire to inherit the abilities from his master or creator?"

The other knight then spoke "yes young master, we do have knights here that inherit the ability to walk in the sun, some of them are also stronger than us and is usually asleep". John then holds his hand on his chin, "asleep?". "Yes young master, we have many more vampires who are asleep underground and will be awakened when needed".

"Damn, there are a lot of stuff that I do not know" John then took the sword with both hands "okay, now show me how this works". The knights then showed John that the claymore sword has the blade, a point, quillion, and a pommel that is at the bottom of the sword. They showed John how to hold the sword with two hands on the hilt of the sword, John practiced downward and diagonal slashes on a dummy for an hour before calling it a day. In the next couple of days, John practiced sword slashes and thrusts, sometimes he will spar with some of the guards but most of the time he will practise alone. After a week of training and practising the sword, John called over one of the guards. When the guard arrived in front of John, he bowed by bending his knee "what is young master's command". John felt embarrassed and helped the guard up "I am not that good with great swords; do you guys maybe use other weapons?"

"Yes, young master, we do use other weapons". John felt happy "Then show me". The guard led John to the Crimsons own weapon room where there was a middle age man who has brown hair and with a moustache and pointed beard that went along with the jawline. "Welcome young master, my name is Porto, how may I be of service"

John smiled "swords, lots of swords"
