Selen is a rebellious 19 year old girl who has changed many school. Her life changes completely after she expelled from the last school due to fight. On that day Selen father kicks her out of the house and set her in her grandmother who lives in Masbate in the small town of Milagros.Selen finds a compassion from her grandmother and start to be happy living in this small town. She completely changes after meeting her school teacher Ace De Guzman. Ace, in fact, is a successful doctor in Masbate and it is unknown why he is also a teacher in this small town in Masbate.Selen aims to become a doctor as her Grandma has always wanted. However, before fulfilling her aim,hergrandmother dies during simple surgery. Selen wants to prove whether there is fault of anyone.
