Was he asking Rose on a date? No no. He just wanted to take her out. To a place she would enjoy.
That wasn't a date.
"No! I thought you hadn't visited many places. So, we could go."
Rose hasn't been to an amusement park yet. That could be fun.
"Sure, let's go."
Asher drove.
Rose continued watching out of the window.
Asher tried the radio and it was a song the system loved.
"Na na na, na na na, yay!"
The system kept singing, and Rose didn't stop it. At least someone was loving the journey, with the songs. The song was great, but Rose wasn't a fan as much as the system was.
Asher and Rose arrived at the park in the afternoon. It was filled with kids and parents.
Rose watched the rides and shuddered. She wasn't going to pick those. As a witch, she wasn't a fan of heights. Only if it was absolutely necessary, she would choose those. But as she was here for fun, she would try her favorite ones.
