Recitation Part 1

"What happened? It was just yesterday that all of you were so against me, but now… All of you have changed." Mio asked in a nonchalant tone as she didn't care if all of them suddenly acted friendly to her, She was already used to seeing this kind of scene where people would act friendly and be passive with her after they saw how powerful she truly was. That is just how the current world works, money controls everything, The present is entirely different as it is now run by power, and those who have power can get everything they want.

"Please don't misunderstand us! We indeed rejected the idea of getting a new Teacher, but that was in the past now. It wasn't because we saw how powerful you are and thought that we would certainly learn a lot from you, but it was because of how you protected us even though we had only met for a few minutes that day. We were strangers, but you didn't even hesitate to stand with us when those two classes were bullying us, and it means a lot to us." Liao Xi who was quiet-natured suddenly yelled in panic after she saw the indifferent look on Mio's face as she could already tell that she misunderstood something.

"Oh? If that is the case, then let me do a little recitation if you want to learn from my Class. I still haven't forgotten that I gave all of your notes to study, right? Now, let's see if you read them or not." Mio said with a slight grin on her face as she saw the smile on their faces slowly fade as all of them now made serious faces.

"Kaori, stand up. What are the 5 Major Ranks of our Soul Realm, and what are their differences?" Mio was quite strict as she first chose a student to answer before giving the answer which made some of them tense. Even if all of them studied hard and tried to memorize everything that was given to them, there were just too many and in the heat of the moment, the chances of them suddenly forgetting what they studied is likely to happen.

"Teacher! The 5 Major Ranks of the Soul Realm, starting from weakest to strongest are Weak, Normal, Ascendent, Crystallized, and Celestial being the strongest Soul Realm. Their difference is the purity and the cleanliness of the Soul Realm. The Brighter and cleaner the Soul Realm is, the faster and stronger a Magician can bring their Mana out." Kaori tried her best to give a proper answer to Mio and because she was tense, she stuttered a bit halfway but even so, she still managed to give a proper answer that made Mio nod.

"Hmmm, pretty good. It seems that you have truly studied the papers that I gave you. Ji-Woo, how can the Portal Materialize?" The poor Ji-Woo was so shocked that she instantly stood up and tried to answer, but Mio suddenly raised her hand and stopped her.

"No need to be tense, this isn't even a Test. It's only a recitation." Mio chuckled after hearing how Ji-Woo tried to answer while being so tense that even a poke could scare her.

"I… yes, I'm sorry. And to answer the teacher's question. The Portal Materialized through the excess Mana that is revolving around our World, It doesn't matter where that part is, and as we speak, countless Portals are being created throughout our Universe right now. Also, I have learned that a Portal gets stronger if it's not destroyed quickly because it would keep devouring the Mana around it." Ji-Woo apologized and took a deep breath as she gave an excellent answer that explained what Mio exactly wanted.

"Good, if you answer this I'll reward you. How can the Monsters and Beast be created inside of the Portals?" After hearing another question, Ji-Woo was stumped but when she heard that she was getting a reward, her eyes burned with confidence as she gave another answer.

"The Monsters and Beast are made inside of the Void in the Portals. Because every Portal has a core in them, they are the ones responsible for creating everything inside even the Portal itself, that is all. I'm sorry teacher, but I forgot how the Core materializes." Ji-Woo said everything that she knew, but that was everything she remembered and forgot the key root of why a Portal exists.

"It's fine, your answer is good enough already. I'll tell you the reason why a Portal is made later on I didn't put the answer in the Lesson Sheet that I gave all of you. Now, this question is probably going to be the most important one, so I'll let Liao Xi answer it. What is the System exactly?" Mio sat on the table in front while putting one leg up and asked Liao Xi.

"Ummm… The System is one of the mysterious things that has existed for the past 1,000 years, but thanks to the Teacher's knowledge, we now know what the System is. The System is an A.I. that helps all of us Humans to be stronger through leveling, by leveling, it would affect our Physical Body that makes us stronger as well as our Magic Properties, but it doesn't quite affect the Soul Realm that Ji-Woo has already explained. It is still up to us to upgrade our Soul Realm to a higher rank." Liao Xi stopped for a few seconds to look at Mio's expression to try and see if it changed or not but was disappointed to see that it hadn't. So she just continued after seeing that there was no change in her Teacher's emotion.

She was at least expecting to see some changes, but it seemed that she was just thinking too much. Nevertheless, Mio not showing any change didn't crush her Spirit as she continued giving her answer with a smile on her face, she will show what she's truly capable of.
