"How could you do this to me?" Diana's voice could be heard over the phone. Melody could imagine her pouting as she spoke while she already sounded like a child feeling neglected.
"What did I do, this time?" Melody asked though she could already tell what her friend was making a fuss about. It was not her fault.
"Don't pretend like you don't know. You know very well what you did." Diana said and humped. Melody had to try hard not to laugh at her childish behavior.
"Alright, why don't you just remind me, I might forgotten,"
"You are laughing and taking advantage of me. You left without telling me, yet you promised never to leave me again. I am not happy." She genuinely sounded upset when she said that last line and Melody also became serious.
"Diana, I promise I did not know I would be leaving so early, it was so sudden that I almost did but have the time to pack up," Melody said trying to coax her friend. "I will make up to you this time."
