Bonus Chapter 4.23
Daniel saw Alexander going up the building. He followed him. The lieutenant explained that people need to prepare to be evacuated by chopper immediately. They must first secure the last floor of the hospital and properly move the patients to another place. Together, the two reached the rooftop where one chopper was landing and the other was circling above.
They found Major who was outside the chopper and the two net personnel were bringing in the officer's suitcases and belongings. Daniel and Alexander wondered. They approached the Major.
"Sir, what are you doing? We need to get the patients on board," said Alexander.
"There's no time for that Alexander! The choppers won't be here long. Get your things ready to come with me to central headquarters. Take Jeric with you!"
"But sir, shall we just leave the civilians and my men behind!?"
"There's nothing we can do about it! Go ahead and stop staring at me!"
"I can't leave people here sir."
