Her Name Sounded Familiar

Ye Qing Xin gave the woman a look over. Then, she glanced at her little sister again and spoke, "Then, how is my relationship with her?"

"Sister, you used to go to school with her," Ye Qing Luo said. "But the two of you were not that close until a couple of years ago. She also invested her money in your company and I think she is one of the major investors. Sister, you usually address her as Ying Ying."

Just then, Zhang Yu Ying approached closer with a smile. "Xin Xin, you're here." She looked at Ye Qing Xin up and down. Then, her brow furrowed when she saw the bandage on her hand. "I didn't think that I would see you here. How are you feeling? I went to the hospital to visit you in the hospital, but you were still in a coma."

Ye Qing Xin glanced at her sister and saw her nod. Then she turned to Zhang Yu Ying again and smiled. "I'm doing fine. It's just that... my head is still in pain. Ying Ying, thank you for visiting me."

"Hey, we are friends. What are you thanking me for?" Zhang Yu Ying looked at the gauze on Ye Qing Xin's head. "Does it still hurt?"

She had seen the photos of the accident scene and saw how bad it was. Just like everyone else, Zhang Yu Ying too was glad that Ye Qing Xin was able to survive with a few injuries.

"Mmm... The doctor said the injury should heal very soon." Ye Qing Xin stretched her hand to touch the gauze on her forehead. "After recuperating for a while, it doesn't hurt that much."

Zhang Yu Ying heaved a breath of relief upon hearing that her friend was alright.

The two of them chatted about the accident for a while. As Ye Qing Xin did not remember much about the accident, Ye Qing Luo would speak for her once in a while.

Zhang Yu Ying thought that her friend was still uncomfortable after the accident and did not mind that her friend did not talk too much.

Just then, a man in a white suit walked over in their direction and stopped beside Zhang Yu Ying.

The man flashed a smile at the Ye sisters before turning to look at Zhang Yu Ying. "Xiao Ying, Jun Hao has been looking for you everywhere."

Zhang Yu Ying raised her head and sighed. She recalled that Ye Qing Xin was still with them and spoke, "That's right, Brother Ming Yuan, this is my friend, Ye Qing Xin, and her sister, Ye Qing Luo. Xin Xin, this is Su Ming Yuan. You probably have heard about him."

Ye Qing Xin had never heard anything about this man but decided to play along and smiled.

She gave the man a look over. Ye Qing Xin could not deny that Su Ming Yuan was good-looking. At least, he was more handsome than her fiance. No doubt that his smile would be able to attract some bees and butterflies.

However, Ye Qing Xin felt that the way he was dressed was too tacky. She still greeted the man politely. "Mr. Su, hello."

Su Ming Yuan had a strange look on his face when he heard the man's name. He was in a daze for a few seconds, but hearing Ye Qing Xin's voice snapped him out of his trance. "Hello."

"That's right. Xi Xin, I should go and look for my husband," Zhang Yu Ying said. "Let's chat later when we have the time. Xin Xin, you have to rest well and recover."

After exchanging a few more words, Zhang Yu Ying finally left with Su Ming Yuan tagging along behind her.

Once they were farther away, Su Ming Yuan turned to Zhang Yu Ying again and spoke, "Ying Ying, why do I feel as if your friend's name sounded familiar?"

Zhang Yu Ying looked at Su Ming Yuan with her eyes narrowed. "Brother Ming Yuan, that person is my friend. Don't think of doing anything to her. Otherwise, I might be angry."

Su Ming Yuan was a little speechless upon hearing Zhang Yu Ying's words.

"Moreover..." Zhang Yu Ying smiled. "She already had a fiance and was planning to get married in a few months. Brother Ming Yuan, this person isn't for you."

Sy Ming Yuan knew about his reputation as a playboy in Y City and thought that Zhang Yu Ying had misunderstood him. "That's not it. Ying Ying, I don't have such intention." Seeing the way Zhang Yu Ying was looking at him made him laugh. "I really thought that her name sounded familiar."

It was then that Su Ming Yuan recalled that he had heard this name before.

The accident was so bad that everyone he knew was talking about it. He heard that the lady involved in the accident was in a coma. He did not expect that the person was Zhang Yu Ying's friend.

Zhang Yu Ying left Su Ming Yuan's side and rushed over when she saw Wei Jun Hao standing in the corner with her brother.

Su Ming Yuan watched Zhang Yu Ying's figure and frowned.

He felt that something did not feel right.

Although he had heard about the accident, Su Ming Yuan did not think that he had heard about Ye Qing Xin's name from the accident.
