As Aiden led the group deeper into the forest, the dense canopy above allowed only slivers of sunlight to pierce through, creating an eerie atmosphere.

The air was thick with the scent of damp earth, and every rustle of leaves made the team tense up, expecting danger at every turn.

The first sign of trouble came as they approached a clearing. A low growl echoed through the trees, followed by the unmistakable sound of heavy footsteps.

"Stay alert," Aiden whispered, motioning for the group to halt.

From the shadows, two large beasts emerged—wolf-like creatures with jet-black fur and glowing red eyes. Their fangs were bared, and they looked hungry.

"Proficient Beginner Wolves," Lena muttered, recognizing the creatures. "They hunt in packs, so there might be more nearby."
