13) Brûlée Tout

I won't lie, I was still upset at Yuta for knocking me out cold and also using RCT during our fight, but it's extremely difficult to stay mad at someone like him. At least I was finally out the infirmary on 5 days remaining.

I would put my frustration aside though, and start getting to work. I hadn't started thinking of ways to burn physical objects or even named techniques.

I sat in the center of the field with an empty can of soda (that I poured out since soda makes me sick as hell) in front of me. My oar leaned against my back while I thought of ways to decay the object.

"What if I just.."

I grabbed the can and started to pour CE in my hand. The goal was to not accidentally crush the can so I tried really hard towards burning it.

But to no avail, all I did was make a can full of my CE.

"WAIT!!!!" I shouted at the top of my lungs.

My CE naturally corrodes cursed energy and things made of the sort, so if, JUST IF, I could soak an object in my CE and use that as a conduit to corrode itself, the object might go with it..

Time to test.

I grabbed the soda can again and injected my CE into it, soaking it with pure energy. Then I started circulating it as if the can was apart of my own body. Slowly, the can began crumpling from the center and soon it was eaten completely.

But I realized that the grass under me was also partially corroded although Onamazu stood tall, unaffected by my CE.

So I've come to find 3 specific breakthroughs.

1: If I soak objects in my own cursed energy and circulate it while i'm contact with them, I can inevitably corrode those into nothing.

2: Objects making contact with my CE will also be corroded during the process of corroding other objects.

And 3: Onamazu doesn't appear to be affected by my CE at all, making it an excellent vessel to soak in my CE and become a tool imbued with my technique.

Something I want to touch up upon is the second breakthrough. If I could imitate/simulate Gojo's infinity, I can have a thin barrier of acid that would destroy anything that comes too close to me.

I guess I'll work on those 2 things next until it's time to leave for the Valkyries…
