The 100: The Redemption of Wells

Our Mc is killed in a home invasion while watching his favorite show. He is given the option to be reborn as a baby or be put in a random teenagers body in a new world. He thinks and chooses to be born as a teenager. He is then instructed to step in to a portal and he'll receive a gift to help survive. He tries to ask why he would need help surviving but is sucked through the portal before the word can come out. When he opens his eyes, he sees people that tell him instantly what world he was sent to. How will our Mc change the fate of Wells?
