Ryuuto Azusagawa was just your every day otaku, but one day while he was going home from the grocery shop and thinking about which anime to watch he suddenly died.

You might be wondering how he died, well the answer is simple, a boat magically appeared in the sky and fell right on Ryuuto.

His death was so quick he didn't even notice that he died and once he stopped thinking he actually noticed that he wasn't walking on the street towards his home but was actually floating in the void, the only thing he could see from apart from the black background were some random stars in the distance.

'What the hell happened? Wasn't I just going home? How did I find myself here?'

That was the first thing that Ryuuto thought once he saw where he was.

"Those are questions that I can answer, young one."

A majestic voice suddenly said from behind Ryuuto, scaring him.

He rapidly spun around and Ryuuto faced what could be described as the typical old man from a Chinese novel, long white beard and hair, a face with a lot of wrinkles, eye that seemed to hold an infinite wisdom and white robes.

"Who are you? And did you just read my mind?"

Ryuuto asked even though he had an idea who this old man could be considering where they were at the moment Ryuuto wanted to be completely sure.

"My name would be too complicated for you to say, but I am what you mortals call ROB, and yes I did read your mind but that was only because you where distracted and since now you aren't staring at the void i will refrain from doing that, especially since it is considered quite rude to do so.

Anyway, to answer your questions, yes you were going home but then because of an error in the coding of your universe a boat was moved in the sky on top of you and ended up killing you and since you weren't supposed to die there your soul was transported here."

Once the Rob finished talking Ryuuto for the first looked at his body and actually noticed that it looked like he was made is a light blue light.

Soon enough he actually started wondering how a boat could just appear in the sky, so he derived to ask the ROB in front of him.

"I can understand that I died but what I can't I'd how a boat appeared in the sky, so could you please explain?"

"You know how sometime socks disappear from the washing machine?" Seeing Ryuuto nod ROB continued explaining. "Well for some reason your universe recognized that boat as a sock and moved it somewhere else."

At this moment there was only a single question in Ryuuto's head.

'How the hell could the universe recognize a boat as a sock?!'

"So the only reason on why I died is because I was in the wrong place at the wrong time?"

"Yes, unfortunately that is true, do you have anymore questions?"

"What will happen to me now? Will I go to some kind of afterlife or will I just cease to exist?"

Ryuuto asked since he was feeling scared that he would just stop existing, he wouldn't mind the afterlife since he was pretty sure that he would end up in heaven considering that the worst thing he did was steal a pencil in elementary school.

"None of those. You see it is kinda my fault that you died because I should have noticed the error before it could create problems, so as an apology I'll give you three wishes and then reincarnate you in what you humans call anime world."

As soon as Ryuuto heard this he started jumping up and down excitedly since it basically was the dream of every otaku to get the chance of being reincarnated.

"Can I have some time to think about my wishes?"

"Yes, don't worry, time flows different here, one hour here is just a second in the other realities."

Hearing this Ryuuto started thinking deeply about what wishes he wanted,after about half an hour he finally reached a conclusion.

"Ok, I think I'm ready, for my first wish I want a multidimensional chat group that can give out quests for the members and has a shop with everything.

For my second wish I want a summoning system that can summon the angels from the game 'Idle Angels'.

For my last wish I want a system that has every thing from the warframe game and that can update itself so that if something new comes out it will give me the chance to get it and the same thing applies for the summoning system."

Other than being an otaku Ryuuto was also a gamer and two of his favorites exactly 'Warframe' and 'Idle Angels'.

"I can do that but the systems will awaken when you are 16 and don't ask me to make them awaken before that because they would make your soul explode and your body would slowly die, the only thing I can do for you is to let you check your status.

Now I'll leave you to decide some last things before you get reincarnated while I go and attend to some other guy that was actually destined to die, I hope you live a happy life and good luck."

After that Ryuuto saw the ROB and the few stars that he could see in the distance vanish as if they were never there before.

Soon after a Blue screen appeared if front of him.

'Mmmh, I think I'll keep my name, in the end it's the only thing my parents left me before dying.'
