Chapter 75: He Was What?!!

He turned and looked at the displeased face of his sister and a huge amount of emotions flooded their link. An ordinary person would have been overwhelmed with the amount of feelings he was feeling but Keiran was no ordinary boy.

Feeling the intense jealousy from her, he was confused and recalled his actions and understood the reason behind her jealousy. 

He looked at the surroundings and saw people whispering while looking in his direction, Unknown to him he started a rumor about him and the heir of the smith family.

Evan came out of his shock and fear, he glared at the boy in front of him with boundless hatred and killing intent. Feeling a gaze on him he turned to look in the direction. 

'What was that feeling.' Evan thought of the strange feeling he got when he was being looked down upon by those white eyes.

He saw his father signaling him to not make a move, taking a deep breath he hid his feelings and just silently looked at Keiran's back, who was walking towards his twin sister.

Under the guests eyes, he took the hand of the girl and walked towards the dance platform. There was not even a single pair of eyes that were not following their movements.

The group performing an orchestra in the corner of the room changed the song, They held different types of instruments. The melody which was grand and majestic changed to a slow and mellow one.

Taking his position Keiran held her by the waist with a gentle yet sturdy grip. Looking deep in her eyes, his body moved following the rhythm of the gentle tone.

'What happened?' Keiran asked, even though he knew what was happening he still decided to make her speak up her feelings.

'As if you don't know what happened!' Luna pouted in return to his question.

Keiran giggled and twirled her around, 'How would I know if you do not tell me~~' Keiran added in a playful tone but his tone held a serious weight behind them.

'When you were close to that guy, he was getting excited.' Luna looked towards the girls and older woman in the area and added. 'Even these whores were looking at you with such eyes.'

Hearing the meek yet frustrated tone in her voice Keiran was surprised but he was even more shocked hearing her words.

'He was what??Why?' Glancing at the boy in question, a weird look appeared on his face along with a mental image of the boy acting meek, causing him to tremble a little.

'Mo~~ Don't look at him, look at me.' Luna exclaimed cutely, demanding Keiran's attention. 

Keiran broke out from his thoughts and looked in her needy eyes, a sweet smile appeared on his face, tightening his grip around her waist Keiran came closer to her and they continued to dance.

Aiden looked at Evan from the corner of his eyes and saw that he was looking at the duo with clenched fist. 

'Hehe~ You can not compare to big brother. Now suffer!! looking at them in jealousy~.' Aiden was laughing inwardly at his own monologue while on the outside a grin appeared on his face. 

Soon the song came to an end, everyone clapped as the beautiful dance of the twins came to a halt.

Some girls approached Keiran to ask him for a dance, wanting to try their luck out but a single glance from Luna was enough to scare them away.

Keiran approached Seraphina and Luna followed behind him while keeping an eye on the girls in the surrounding area. 

Seraphina was now standing alone with Aiden, although they were not speaking, Aiden Was sweating profusely under her glare. 

Arriving in front of the mother-son duo Keiran asked in a puzzled tone. 

"Where is she?" Seraphina understood who he was referring to.

"I don't know… Erla has locked herself in her room for a few days. I don't know what she is thinking anymore. She has been acting strangely." she sighed and replied. Her tone was weird as she thought of Erla's behavior over the past few days. She felt something changed within her.

The twins haven't seen Erla in a long time or they might have found some clues as to what was happening with her just by glancing at her.

"It's fine. She might be preparing for the day after tomorrow." Luna chimed in while walking beside her. Keiran also nodded in agreement. 

"Big brother, are you sure you will be fine?" Aiden spoke in a worried tone when he remembered that the day after tomorrow they will be facing life and death.

"Yeah~ I will be fine." Even after hearing Kerian's response Aiden's mood did not elevate because He knew that in the area there can be only one survivor. 

Even the twins understood that and they were still looking for a situation. They would never let the other sacrifice their lives over a silly game someone decided to create just because they want a fucked up world.

Keiran patted Aiden's head as a way of comfort, "If I was a girl, I would definitely compete with big sister Luna." Aiden spoke in a teasing tone and a sharp cold aura assaulted him from the side.

"Of course I am joking Sister Luna, How can I think of something like that…" Aiden waved his hand hurriedly in a dismissive manner looking at the smiling eyes of the white haired girl, boring holes in his body.

"You don't know how to control your mouth, do you." Keiran added, causing the red haired boy to deflate in panic.

"Eh!!! What did I do? I was just joking." his panicked voice fell in deaf ears, he turned to look at his mother and saw she was looking away.

His heart turned cold when he felt a grip on his shoulders and a chilling voice echoed in his ears.

"I have a day before going to Arena, You will practice with me won't you?" Shivering in fright the boy just resigned to his fate and replied.

"I will…" 

Ignoring the Dead eyes of the red haired boy Keiran looked at Seraphina to speak. "We will go back now, we need to prepare for the championship."

Seraphina's face turned solemn, "okay but make sure to come to me if you need any help." She patted his head with a small smile on her face.

Yet the twins could sense the pain she was trying her best to hide underneath the facade. Not to burden her anymore Keiran also smiled for her and replied.

"We will." 

After saying goodbye both of them walked out of the room under everyone's eyes. 

'Did you Do it?' Walking away from Keiran asked in a solemn tone and even the aura around Luna changed as well and she answered in a serious tone. 

'I already did that with my side while we were dancing. What about you?' Kerian also nodded and continued to walk while sharing the details of his findings with her.
