Shinurai High School has a policy that runs the Japanese world: the bounty system. The opportunity to kill a student and earn money, or to survive and win millions. These are both equally essential to the school's position in society. Haruka enters this school, looking to gain a quick buck, only to find that he must survive the year as the highest bounty of the school year. Without the safety of others, how will he survive?
