Suicide site

BEN'S POV :

Mornings are not really my best moments as I have nothing to expect of a day except sorrows and different shades of pain. The overwhelming feeling of dread that fills me when I wake up makes me regret ever waking up if I had a choice, it'll be better not to wake up at all but obviously whoever is in control of this sleep of a thing has not heard my pleas. Still, I sat up on my scruffy bed, reached out to check the time on my beat up android phone " 7:36am" it read then went ahead to throw the thin blanket I used in covering myself to one side, turned to the other side of the bed and placed my feet on the floor, rubbed my face "what a 'great' day it will be today Tuesday" note the sarcasm there. Standing up, I walked over to the small table where an old mp3 player I got from elderly lady sat which unfortunately only the radio part worked and I turned it onti hear the news atleast it comforts me that it's not only my life that's in a mess but also other parts of the world is too.

SECOND PERSON POV:

"... two dead bodies identified as male and female have been discovered at the gate of the suicide site, family members have come to collect the bodies, investigations have been made and it has been discovered that the two victims both dropped goodbye/farewell letters also known as suicide notes for their families and loved ones stating how they were tired of life and needed to be free...." the news journalist droned on but Ben already tuned out, " aha! This is the perfect place " he screamed in realization 'this is where I should go, of course I'm tired of this life and if there's any possible means to be free then it can only be through death' Ben conversed within himself. Picking up his beat up android Ben began his search for this mysterious place that could fulfill the desire of anyone to kill themselves in any way imaginable and kindly drops them outside where their dead body would be collected. The place has no owner, apparently the owner might just have been the first victim, when surveyed with a drone (because the gate would not budge no matter the force applied) nothing that can harm or kill is seen but an open field, it is said that the gate only opens to those who desperately want to die and only reveal its contents to them. Upon this discovery in Ben's research, he began sketching a plan to get there. Though, he had a little savings that could transport him to a town close by because no taxi actually takes anyone there, only the police goes there occasionally to pick up the dead bodies.

BEN'S POV:

After doing all my arrangements and preparation, I was finally set to go and fulfill my desire but I decided to rest a little and think on what I am actually planning to do and I knew exactly what I was planning to do, I am planning to put an end to this suffering and frustration, I would have written a letter but I had absolutely no one that will come looking for me even if I travel for years no one will still ask of me, I know sad right? Now you see why I have nothing to look forward to in this kind of life so there's no need to keep it going. At least I'll die in a place where my body will be identified and buried in a cemetery and not die and rot away in an apartment where my will be left to rot at least I'm doing this to respect this body that has held me for this length of time.
