Chapter 28

Goofy's previous taunts had already irritated Mike, and his final remarks further fueled Mike's anger. Regardless, he had ventured out casually. Mike had never encountered an unarmed policeman surrounded by adversaries daring to shout so boldly.

"Go to hell!" Mike cursed as he fired his suppressed gun, aiming for Goofy's knee. He and Fox shared the same intent – they couldn't end Goofy with a single shot; he needed to be tortured first.

However, at the moment when Mike pulled the trigger, Goofy keenly observed his movements. With 1.9 times the agility of ordinary people, Mike's actions seemed like slow motion to him.

Poof! The bullet was fired, but Goofy had already evaded. The shot hit the floor, and the bullet almost accidentally injured his own team.

"Damn it! It's impossible!" Mike was stunned, and the other members of the room wore expressions of disbelief.

He had really dodged!

This instantaneous reaction was inexplicable!

The pony immediately understood, took out his pistol, attached the silencer, and aimed at Goofy alongside Mike.

The fox, smiling sinisterly, said in a deep voice, "Since Officer Goofy is so quick, I'll make it a little more difficult for you. In this round, we both fired at the same time."

Even though Goofy possessed the instantaneous speed to avoid bullets, the fox still didn't take him seriously. They were willing to fire simultaneously, as Goofy was destined to die tonight.

However, before killing him, the fox wanted to witness Goofy's terrified expression. He aimed to destroy his spirit before ending his life.

"Officer Goofy, I want to see how fast you can be."

Goofy spread out his hands, replying, "To be honest, I also want to see how long I can weave and dodge the bullets. Am I being a bit too arrogant?"

The fox, finally irritated by Goofy's cheeky demeanor, slapped the coffee table and said sharply, "Fire!"

The horse behind him drew his gun, and at the same time, the bald Mike fired. Goofy keenly captured the movements of the two; his body swooped forward, rolling to avoid the second round of shooting.

"Too slow! Too slow! Are you intentionally going easy on me?!"

Simultaneously, Goofy's worship count increased.

Goofy, in disbelief, muttered as he escaped another round of gunfire, "What the hell? I'm afraid there are three undercover agents in this black gang, right?"

Seeing Goofy escape once again, the fox finally lost his temper. He waved to the back and said sharply, "Jacquier, Jack, you two join me too!"

So the two quickly attached their silencers and raised their guns at Goofy.

The fox's eyes were bloodshot. "Officer Goofy, don't tell me you can dodge four guns at the same time!"

Looking up, Goofy smiled, "This time, I guess I can't dodge it. Two guns should be the limit. But you boasted so much at the beginning, and it was almost over. Why waste time unnecessarily? After a few bullets, no one's money comes from the wind, right? I don't know how to be diligent and thrifty."

The fox, infuriated, gritted his teeth and said sharply, "Fire! Fire!"

The four guns were raised simultaneously, ready to fire. Unexpectedly, something happened.

Frank, who had been tied to the chair, suddenly stood up. The rope in his hand had been cut at some point. The old guy sneered, picked up the chair, and smashed it at a person next to him. The horse, distracted by Goofy, was caught off guard and knocked unconscious by Frank.

Meanwhile, Jaquille and Jack turned their guns around, targeting Goofy, bald Mike, and another shooter.

Two gunshots rang out, "Poof" and "Poof." The bald Mike and the other gunman were shot dead on the spot.

Frank, holding the shotgun, picked up the weapon from the stunned person, loaded it, and fired.

Click! Boom!

The powerful shotgun blast killed two horses not far away.

Frank, relentless, adjusted his posture and fired again.

Click! Boom!

The fox on the sofa couldn't dodge and was directly hit by the spray gun. The shotgun tore through his body, causing blood to flow uncontrollably.

Goofy stood there, dumbfounded. What kind of twisted plot was this? Were Jaquille and Jack really undercover agents?

When did Frank manage to untie the rope?

At this moment, Frank, holding the shotgun, turned his head and grinned at Goofy. The shameless expression on his face was just like before.

"Boy, did you think your uncle would only cheat?"

Before he could finish speaking, Frank opened the curtain with his backhand, shot the floor-to-ceiling glass again, and whistled towards the outside. The old guy shouted loudly, "The carnival begins!"

Immediately afterward, a red laser spot illuminated the black gang in the room, followed by gunshots, and the criminals fell to the ground.

There was obviously a group of snipers in ambush outside!

A rude voice followed: "NYPD! Put down your weapons!"

Frank skillfully kicked the gun on the ground away from the criminal gang, looked around to ensure there was no danger, and then made a face at Goofy.

Goofy was about to vomit blood. Did he need his uncle to cover him?
