Manga Fixes Everything.

Unlike his paternal grandparents who instantly supported whatever he chose, his Maternal Grandparents were like his Mother. They were far less on board and outright demanded him to shift back and never do this again. However, after being stuck like that for years he was far from accepting to do that.

He also forgot to control his words and said something else instead of the simple no he wanted to say.

"Fuck no."

His grandfather was speechless as he had never been spoken to like that before especially not by his old grandchild whom he had considered of good character. His shock quickly turned to anger.

"What did you say to me?"

Ivan closed his eyes and calmed down, remembering that this was not the goddess who forced him to live 8 years in perpetual anger.

"Forgive my outburst, but as I said, No. This is the one I prefer and my name is Ivan by the way."

His grandfather still caught up on his outburst did not relent.

"Ivan? Not even a Japanese name. Where did your parents go wrong with you M-"

Squinting his eyes, he cut off his grandfather.

"Don't you dare?"

That seemed to make Yasuo even madder.

"Are you threatening me? Your flesh and blood? Your grandfather?"

Yoshimura was still standing behind Ivan and began to notice that he was starting to get pissed. The veins in his back began to pop out and his muscles tensed. She reached out and gently placed her hand on his back.

Feeling her touch, he relaxed as he did not want to do something he would regret. He simply turned around and walked off before he said anything more. Gustave snorted before he turned around and followed his master and Typhon.

"Where do you think you're going? We are not-"

Yoshimura cut him off.

"Sir, leave him."

Yasuo's wife reached out and grabbed his hand.

"Come on Darling, let's go see how Miku is doing instead?"

"Fine, but this is not over."

With that, he followed his wife who did not want something to happen as Ivan was much stronger. They did not have combat Quirks which Ivan most certainly had. As for Yoshimura, she ran after Ivan who she felt needed her.

She joined him, Typhon, and Gustave in his room where she saw he was looking in a mirror. He was smiling as he ran his hand through his jawline.

"Yup, this was the right choice no matter what anyone says."

Yoshimura sat on his bed while Gustave simply pulled himself onto it with Typhon.

"You got mad."

"I did."

"Care to talk about it?"

Ivan thought of how to say this so he shot in the dark.

"Ok, I want to tell you something. Mind hearing a story I read?"

She nodded.

"Of course."

"Alright then. There once was this young lad by the name of Mark. Mark was a normal kid and he thought he met his High School Sweetheart. That sweetheart turned out to be a villainous who used her looks to lure in young men.

Mark died, but he wished for a second chance. When he got the chance he thought he had been blessed until that blessing quickly turned into a curse. Mark was resurrected once again, but not as he had been.

He got turned into a woman and lived like that for years until he found a Magic Spell that reverted him to what he had been. Of course, those close to Mark's new identity did not approve, but he did not care what they thought for he was back in full."

He turned around and waited for Yoshimura to speak.

"I see. So, what happened to Mark afterward?"

Ivan shrugged.

"I don't know, the Novel got canceled after the first Volume."

Yoshimura sighed.

"It sounded like a fun story, but I get what you mean. You are like Mark, without the villainous, your quirk is the Magic Spell, and your grandfather is those who did not approve?"

'I mean the goddess is the villainous.'

"Yes. Anyway, the point of my story is that I don't care what anyone says. I ain't changing back now or maybe ever."

"That sounds like you, but how will you convince him?"

"I won't because he has proven to not be worth my attention. I have all the love I need in my dad's parents, if Mom's are going to be like that I don't need them in my life."

Yoshimura was not so sure.

"They are your Mom's parents."

"Coexistence can be tolerated for her sake I guess. On a happier note, want to read some Manga with me? I have been writing my own."

That got her attention.

"What kinds?"

"Several. Fantasy, Mystery, Romance, SCI-FI. You name it?"

"Let's read all of them."

"Sure. Typhon if you will."

The small dragon flew over the bed and opened a portal to drop the stolen Manga that Ivan had copied from his past life. These included Reincarnated as a Slime, Goblin Slayer, and even one he wrote himself based on 40k which did not exist in this world.

It was a mystery story based on the Eye of Terror, and Azure Lane in Manga form. Seeing the Manga, Yoshimura got all giddy and picked them up to start reading with him. She sat on the bed with him as they read from the same Manga starting with Goblin Slayer for some reason.

Either way, she seemed to enjoy it despite its darker setting. He of course had to slow down his reading as his brain was not doing him any favors, but he did not mind it.

That was how he spent the rest of his day before she started to fall asleep. She cleared her voice and got up.

"I should go."

He nodded and wished her a good night.

"Night."

"Good night Ivan."

When she left, he let himself fall on his bed before he let himself drift off to sleep.

---

While he and Yoshimura spent the day reading, Miku had a long conversation with her husband and family. Her Father was pissed about Ivan and wanted her to do something about it. However, Miku was out of her element now as Asashi seemed to be the favored parent now.

This led to more back and forth, but in the end, they could do nothing. The only thing that Asashi agreed to was to ask Ivan to visit Sakai for another health check just to see how his shapeshifting worked.

But, for the rest of the week, Ivan continued his daily workout, but he added in the rest of his exercises. He also spent a lot of time with his Father, Uncle, Aunt, Grandparents, and Cousins while avoiding his Mother's Father like the plague.

Of course, his Mother's Mom was not included in that, nor his other Uncle just his grandfather Yasuo. Either way, Ivan had a blast for Christmas, but in terms of gifts, he only got two. The main reason was he could make everything else except this.

This grandfather gave him two Books he bought in an auction. The first book from before Quirks emerged on War Robots that were being developed by the United States. The project was dropped due to the emergence of Quirks.

As for the second, it was on experimental Alloys which would help his experiments in Power Armor progress. Now that was something Ivan appreciated so, he made his grandfather over a hundred ingots of pure Platinum to reimburse him and several diamonds of unique colors.

The man did not reject the gift as he could make some money with that. As for the rest of his family, he got his Father a new diamond-encrusted chain, his mother got a hair ornament, his grandmother got a fancy pimp ring, his Uncle got a new phone, and his aunt a pair of earrings.

His little cousins also got new phones which he made with his quirk. Either way, once the week passed, Ivan and his family returned home. That also meant that Ivan would have to return to School as soon as the break ended which sucked.

However, considering his higher brain activity he was already in High School. Even when he was Momo, he was way too big or mature to be in a 3rd grade class so he had been bumped up several years.

Currently, he was in his 8th grade where no one knew his real age. They had all assumed he was just a tall preteen before this, but now he was going back he made up his mind on who to go as.

---

That led to the current scenario where it was Sunday at 3 AM and he was still awake. He needed very little sleep so he always spent his time experimenting. The two books his grandfather had given him had been read over 100 times each as he started working on his power armor.

Of course, he was not in his room as he liked to be outside to do this. He was sitting under his favorite tree with a new journal in hand. He was going to start on the very first part of his power armor, the helmet.

He modeled it after Perturabo as in all honesty, the man was his favorite Primarch. Thinking back on it, he should have chosen Iron Warrior's Gene Seed rather than Imperial Fist.

Either way, once he had a sketch of the armor he began to add in all the systems he wanted it to contain. He was smart, terrifyingly so, but even then he did not hold a candle to Perturabo, Ferrus Manus, or Vulkan the most creative Primarchs.

His genius was a result of his devouring the knowledge developed in the 2nd millennium of this world. And yet, he was limited by it as the Primarchs came to be in the 30th millennium. 28,000 years of Technological advantage as opposed to a few thousand.

Either way, once the helmet was designed he nodded in happiness to himself. He would one day have his own Logos terminator Armor like the Primarch of the 4th Legion. Once his sketch was complete, he flipped the page to gaze at the designs he had worked out.

'This will be tricky, or will it?'

He began to think of a Space Marines most disturbing power. The ability to gain knowledge from the flesh of allies or enemies. Meaning, if he could find villains who used advanced technology and ate their brains their knowledge would be his.

'Wait, Doctor Kyudai Garaki. I must have his brain, his knowledge of Quirks, Biology, and Technology is a must. That way, I can make use of the Gene Seed in my Progenoid glands to either make more Space Marines to simply Harvest more Gene Seed or increase my power.'

He planned to harvest his Progenoid glands and turn them into a serum to inject himself. That way he would increase his concentration of Primarch DNA which in turn would bring him closer to the Emperor of Mankind.

With a bloodthirsty grin, he set his goals in motion. He stopped grinning when he heard the front door open. Yoshimura walked out with a tired look on her face when she saw him in the snow with only a pair of shorts and a tank top.

"Ivan. Your still awake?"

"Sorry about that, but I don't need much sleep. And I needed to get this done now that I have some idea of where to progress."

She walked over to him as he looked at his sketch of his personal Logos Power Armor. When she arrived next to him and saw the giant suit of Power Armor he leaned in curious.

"Ivan, that armor has a lot of weapons on it."

"I know. The more the better."

"Why would you need so many as a hero?"

He grinned.

"Who says it's for her work?"

Seeing his grin she couldn't help but smile herself.

"You plan on being a vigilante aren't you?"

"Yeah. Why do you think I have a third identity to take? I will go to school under my new identity to get attention away. I will not reveal my face, but it is better to keep everything up to chance."

Yoshimura got a better look at his armor before she nodded.

"Whatever you decide, I will go with it."

"Thanks. I appreciate it."

"Of course, you my Master after all."

'Definitely the Space Marine Aura. It draws her in.'
